Whenever an episode cut to the Bang Bang Bar near the end, I was immediately filled with a sense of disappointment. It was good the first episode and a couple others where it was actually necessary for the story, but there's honestly nothing worse than capping a great episode with a performance by an average indie band with a useless conversation between some nobodies. It felt rushed, forced and really uncreative for Lynch standards.

I expected some lodge fuckery, or something really big that would trigger him out of that catatonic state, but instead he just electrocuted himself with a fork at a random time. If that was the solution , why didnt Mike guide him to do that earlier?

I think it was MIKE. He's a part of the plan to take BOB down, and it's possible he was spying on Mr. C killing Briggs since C seemed convinced no one else could've possibly known about it. And saying "you're going back in tomorrow, and I will be with BOB again" makes sense now that we know MIKE wanted Ray to put the ring on C, because it would bring BOB back to the black lodge along with him.

It could be. The way Naido touched Coop's face was as if she recognized him by touch. And Naido backwards is "O Dian," and Coop used to say "oh Diane" a lot to his tape recorder when he'd forgotten something. The missing E is on Janey's name for some reason. It also connects to Tulpa Diane's taste in fashion, she's been wearing oriental clothing the entire season, and had some Asian furniture in her apartment IIRC. So maybe her appearance has taken the form of how she feels, and the blindness and inability to talk is related to bring raped. A lot of stretches but it makes a little sense.

This is going to be a convoluted answer, but basically I think the box was designed to summon the Experiment, and Coop fell into it by accident because he was falling between the cracks of different dimensions. We know that Mr. C "wants" the Experiment because he shows Darya that playing card with its head on it. What I think he wants is to have control over it, or possess its power, so that he becomes the embodiment of evil. I think this is his true goal, what he's aiming for. Kind of like how Sarah is apparently channeling the Jumping Man. And I think the way to do that is by learning the Experiment's true name. We know that knowing somebody's name is apparently a crucial thing, since Hastings said the people in the zone were shouting "WHAT'S YOUR WIFE'S NAME" at him, and then something's up with his wife when Mr. C killed her. And then those girls at the bar, when one of them asked what the other's mom's name was, and when she told her it's Tina the atmosphere went all ominous and weird. In religious context, knowing someone's name is the crux of possession (which is why nobody apparently knows the true name of God). Maybe in Twin Peaks lore, spirits need to be either told someone's name by themselves or someone close to them, because it's like a verbal permission to possess them.

The last episode's description is "What is your name?" We'll see if Mr. C is the one asking it.
