Might be worth going through the thread yourself to make up your own mind if it interests you, but if you want my opinion, I think it was shady. He was very evasive, and if you look at him in the last thread now he's being weirdly braggart about it. Doesn't feel legit to me, and again, he only provided one thing that quickly got provided by other people anyway. I don't doubt that picture was legit obviously, but I doubt he has any sort of consistent line on information, a source or whatever.

To be honest I don't like spoiler anons, real or fake, in general, since they often derail threads with this type of drama, and I don't like spoilers much anyway (think how GOAT s10's finale would have been if we hadn't had Simm, Mondasian Cybermen, Bradley, etc, spoiled).

Anyways, if you have any other thoughts I'd be keen to hear them, I've never really settled my mind on the issue of fan spoilers beyond a vague distaste for them. Maybe it's more because he's a trip.

Anyways, anyone reckon Moff will write more Doctor Who in the future? I doubt he'll write more televised Who, certainly not under the next showrunner or two anyway, but it'd be a neat bit of symmetry if he ended up writing something for Big Finish (apparently the concept of Heaven Sent was something he floated at the first Big Finish meeting he went to when they were starting, but he didn't like they didn't have McGann/the current Doctor at the time and he ended up not working with them). I'm sure he has a Doctor Who novel in him.

The dream: him writing that story about Nardole getting River's diary, that he mentioned having a whole story planned out for but obviously one he can't tell on TV now.

I know this is going to trigger /who/, but for whatever reason, I just cannot get into Classic Who. I don't know if it's because my first introduction to the franchise was the 2005 series with the Russell T. Davies era. If it's just my millennial generation showing in that I cannot appreciate the innovation and creativity for a show that zero dollar budget. Which is incorrect as I can appreciate that. I tried watching some of Hartnell's run, Tom's run, Pertwee's run, McCoy's run, and that's about it. It just felt boring to me and put me to sleep literally especially when I tried to watch The Daleks tonight. I was only on part three. I will admit though that Ace was a pretty bad ass companion and I did kind of like the movie with the Eighth Doctor even though it was insanely cheesy. lol Will Sasso had a role in it.
