After falling through space, OG Coop landed on the balcony of a gigantic purple building presumably surrounded by black water. He entered a room through the balcony door and met a girl there with no eyes who was sitting down next to a fireplace, a giant outlet with the number “15” written above it and a black door with something banging behind it.

Was that eyeless woman Josie Packard?

If so then could it be possible that Judy was the next person that Coop met in the second room (that was nearly identical to the first room that he went into) after climbing down a ladder from the roof that the eyeless woman (Josie) had led him up to and then was blasted off of after pulling a switch?

- On the TP Wiki there is a trivia note which reads as followed: "In early drafts of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me's script, it was mentioned by Jeffries that Judy had a sister and writer Robert Engels confirmed that this sister could have been Josie Packard." It’s stated afterwards that this detail isn't seen as canon because it was left out or changed, but maybe it was left out because Lynch/whoever didn't want to give too much away or maybe because they thought the story for FWWM was already convoluted enough.

- Before Coop is sucked through the #3 outlet in the second room and returned to one of his two bodies back on earth (referenced in FWWM by the FBI camera showing two Coops at HQ w/ Jeffries), the banging on the black door continues to get louder and the woman in the second room says to him "When you get there... You will... Already be there. You'd better hurry... My mother's coming."
