this is a fucking joke right? these guys have to be physically perfect or at least wear contacts. What if his glasses get broken or lost in the field? hell what if it fogs up? he'll be at a huge disadvantage
>holding the gun up by the ammo clip instead of the barrel
I never understood why actors in hollywood moviess never learn this, it's cringey as fuck. When the gun fires the clip will heat up and burn his hand
>What if his glasses get broken or lost in the field? hell what if it fogs up?
>at least wear contacts
And what exactly are the pros of shoving chunks of glass into your eyes that constantly need to be lubricated compared to something that you can replace by pouring molten plastic into sand?
Watching fantasy movies and thinking you are expert. Literally gas yourself.
in all honestly the "beer can" grip on a VFG is extremely outdated, people dont use those like that anymore
pic related is how its done now
He has zero fucking trigger discipline, jesus christ... guns arent toys faggots
you kids might want to check out >>>/k/ instead of watching play-pretend operator movies like Sicario. You might learn a few things about how "operating" works in the real world.
>Proper trigger discipline memeing
Even /k/ would shit on you
Someone explain this to me. I've been watching that mansion infiltration scene and it doesn't make sense
SIcario slits the drivers throat and climbs out the car
the driver is already dead or unconscious from blood loss by the time he rolls up to the gate
how does he step on the breaks at the gate just in time?
>these guys have to be physically perfect or at least wear contacts
He could lost eyesight with years and due to medical conditions laser correction is not an option. Contacts suck in rough environments and are not allowed in military.
>What if his glasses get broken or lost in the field?
He takes out spare pair.
I was in DC during the finale and missed all the fun.
It's fun to think about but probably never. A dude like that is legally classified as a lethal weapon, so if he ever assaulted somebody he'd face far harsher consequences than a normal person.
He was CIA you fucking goblin.
You can clearly see his flight plan when they land in Mexico.
>the driver is already dead or unconscious from blood loss by the time he rolls up to the gate
No, he isnt.
>eyes more sensitive to light
sounds like an advantage to be honest pham. Just means you gotta wear eye pro outside like everyone else already does anyway
Yeah, it's a real thing. Military dudes with special training are legally considered lethal weapons, so punching some dude in the face becomes the legal equivelant of stabbing or shooting him.
>A dude like that is legally classified as a lethal weapon
Get BTFO, stupid fucking faggots
This fucking webm is what motivated me to pay $4.99 for a directv rental of Sicario and honestly the movie wasnt that good. I thought there would be more operating and it's literally just this scene.
NO SHOTS HAVE BEEN FIRED YET, trigger discipline goes out the window when the you are being shot at FOR NO reason what so ever would you point your rifle at friendlies or have any reason to keep your finger off the trigger when hostiles are firing at you
Extended arm grips are tiresome and more suited fro sporting applications. Beer can grip is comfy for holding gun upright for a long period of time so better for military if user prefers to use only type of grip.
You're lucky Sergeant Major Vining isn't monitoring this thread, kiddo
Was it rape?
Just because they aren't allowed doesn't mean people don't wear them. I knew a guy who wore the same pair of contacts for our entire 7 month deployment. He was crazy though
why where they all using suppressors when they were riding around in cars in mexico but then when they went into the tunnel which was a very confined space they didn't have them? they would all be deaf within 1 second.
Don't tell me it would make their rifles too big, they have shit for all manners of places.
Private gov jet
Who the fuck he was?
Is it meme?
but he did not look like a part of operators from a team, more like bad brain that pulls the strings in the darkness
>how many operators can you spot in pic related
>paying to watch movies
Nice going chump.
It's the PC way of saying niggers.
Used to be Negro (like the color), then colored, black, people of color etc...
Now days, everyone uses Black or if you are on TV or a fag, African American.
A nerd, huh? OK, try to imagine yourself in the Desert Storm period. You get your first look at this "nerd" as you enter a bombed out highway. He moves like an operator, lightly, bobbing his head. And you keep still because you think that maybe his visual acuity is based on movement like the Marines - he'll lose you if you don't move. But no, not Vining. You stare at him, and he just stares right back. And that's when the attack comes. Not from the front, but from the side, from the other two other DELTA you didn't even know were there. Because DELTA are pack hunters, you see, he uses coordinated attack patterns and he is out in force today. And he slashes at you with this...A nine-inch combat knife, like a razor. He doesn't bother to shoot your head like a Ranger, say... no no. He slashes at you here, or here...
Or maybe across the belly, spilling your intestines. The point is, you are alive when they start eat you. So you know, try to show a little respect.
>he doesn't practice proper trigger discipline between every bullet fired
Wait a minute, you talkin about Mike Vinning?
Yeah I know him by that name. Hell, I worked with him in Nam. Back then we called him "Gook Skinner" Vinner because he never came out of a tunnel without a scalp, an ear, or covered with blood.
Most would call him insane, but that is why the green berets trained him. They saw potential. It wasn't until they learned his methods that they truly realized what a monster they created.
You see, most guys that go tunnel clearing take guns. Not Mike. No, he took knives, clubs, hatchets, sometimes nothing but his bare hands. After a few missions I got a chance to talk to him in the mess. He was wearing his blood stained hat, sunglasses, and combat fatigues, smoking a cigarette and drinking johnny walker black. It was contraband, but you NEVER told Mike what he could and couldn't do.
I asked him why he never took guns with him. He lowered is head and took a long slow draw from his hand rolled cig, pulled off his cokebottle glasses and looked me right in the eyes, piercing my soul.
"I do it out of respect. Respect for the white race. These slant eye'd scum bags don't deserve the mercy of an American made bullet, but the slow torturous death of the hands of an American man!"
In a flash he pulled out his weathered, but razor sharp knife and stopped just short of sticking my gut. "The look in their eyes when I slip this baby into their swollen, rice filled bellies is reason enough. To see the last lights flick off in their heads as they see a real killer work."
>When the gun fires the clip will heat up and burn his hand
No guns detected. #1 It's a magazine, not a fucking clip. #2 Weapons don't dump heat into the damn Magazine you dick farting chuckle fuck. #3 you have to grab the fucking mag to change you dumbass no military would ever field a weapon that would burn your hand every time you change the magazine. #4 the magazine only holds 30 fucking rounds. Even if weapons dumped all the heat it expended right into the magazine you could not possibly fire that weapon enough for it to build up enough heat before you had to change the mag.
> I knew a guy who wore the same pair of contacts for our entire 7 month deployment.
Which is probably why they prefer people don't wear contacts. It's bad for your eyes and a liability to wear the same contacts for fucking 7 months. If your glasses get fucky, you take them off and fix em or whatever. If your contacts get fucky, you gotta fucking dig in your eyeball. Lot harder to do with tactical gloves in a combat situation I'd reckon.
So you didn't read more than the first two sentences?
>Special Operations Group (SOG) is the department within SAD responsible for operations that include the collection of intelligence in hostile countries and regions, and all high threat military or intelligence operations with which the U.S. government does not wish to be overtly associated. As such, members of the unit (called Paramilitary Operations Officers and Specialized Skills Officers) normally do not carry any objects or clothing (e.g., military uniforms) that would associate them with the United States government. If they are compromised during a mission, the United States government may deny all knowledge.
SOG is generally considered the most secretive special operations force in the United States. The group selects operatives from other tier one special mission units such as Delta Force, DEVGRU, ISA, and 24th STS, as well as other United States special operations forces, such as USNSWC, MARSOC, US Army Special Forces, SEALs, SWCC, Force Recon, Pararescuemen, Combat Controllers, and Army Rangers.
