>Americans can't think of BBC without thinking of a black man's genitals.
You couldn't make this shit up.
Exactly. I mean if I live to be 100 until my last day if anyone utters the phrase "big guy" I might not say it out loud, but somewhere in my head the words "for you" will pop up.
Especially when I am pushing my ideals and writing feminist and politics propaganda in TWO universally loved shows?
Did you enjoy my Doctor Who S9 and the Sherlock Special, buddy?
Joking aside, Moffat really lost his shit after S5 when the show exploded in the US.
He used to write masterpieces in the RTD era, but once he got to write a whole season, he did it well because he had time to do it.
S6 was a mess and total shit and so was S7.
He managed to destroy River(who could be a potentially nice character)and completely fucked up the season leading to the 50th.
S8 was a massive improvement, but S9 felt bland and short.
The best thing he's brought to the show is Missy.
It was a show about 8-10years ago called Last Man Standing. They got athletes from around the UK/world that were good at different skills and sent them round the world to compete in local/tribal activities and games.
Think Richard Hammond narrated it.
Isn't the best thing he brought to the table recently Capaldi and 12? Missy is pretty fun though, better than le edgy emo master.
12 and Capaldi totally.
If you have a million reasons to hate the show, you still have Capaldi's acting to make up for the shit writing.
Mathieson's episodes last year were so good(because just like Moffat with S5), he had time to plan them. The minute his eps became loved by the fans, he wrote that shit ep with Maisie Williams in it.
Dollard was the best new writer for S9.
Don't think I could pick a single favourite. I've just marathoned the first 3 series of Red Dwarf though.
>manages to knock them both down
>gun gets dropped
>doesn't kick the piece away at the first opportunity
>irl the first guy would easily grab it and shoot the fucker
0/10 action hero police work
Best Moffat episode in years.
The one thing I hate is its reception.
I can't stand the pretentious special butterflies who say it's full of plot holes because they are too dumb to think. And Moffat pretty much covered all of the 'holes' in the new DWM.
>it's a Ren volunteers to head up some function at school episode
If my memory serves me right, he hugs him right after, saying shit like "it's ok, I forgive you". It should have been in the webm for maximum cringe.
