Alright guys I'm at the theater and I'm hungry. What should I get?
>Americans don't have a waiter
>Have to get their own food before they go in
Truly a 3rd world shit hole, how the mighty have fallen
>that tiny ass screen
Last time I saw a screen that small was at a theater in a tiny town in Oahu, Hawaii.
THIS SHIT IS PURE UNADULTERATED CANCER
GO TO THE GODDAMN RESTAURANT TO EAT, THERES A GREAT SUSHI PLACE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM MY IMAX
YOU GO TO A THEATER TO WATCH FUCKING MOVIES
MY HDTV IS LITERALLY BIGGER THAN THAT SCREEN, COMPLETELY USELESS, WOULDN'T EVEN WATCH A YOUTUBE VIDEO ON THAT PIECE OF SHIT
Its large enough for 8 seats across
>american cinemas have a fast food restaurant in them
>it would be better to try and squeeze a cinema into a fast food restaurant!
>EXPECTING ANYTHING BUT ABSOLUTE GARBAGE-TIER FOOD FROM A MOVIE THEATER
THESE DINE IN THEATERS ARE SO FUCKING STUPID, EVEN BEYOND THE OBVIOUS DISTRACTION AND MISSING HALF THE MOVIE
SO, IT DOES MOVIES BADLY, IT DOES FOOD BADLY, BRILLIANT LETS GO!
IF UR IN THE ISLAMIC HAMLET OF >LONDON GO NOWHERE ELSE BUT THE BFI IMAX
There's a few theaters by me that do this, and it's funny because if you're gonna buy food at a regular theater it actually ends up being about the same unless you're gonna get hammered or something. Wouldn't do it every time, but I've gone a few times and it's okay for every once in awhile... it's weird to get waited on in the movies to me though.
We also have a much bigger screen and badass seating.
The one by me is idk maybe 20 seats across and the screen is fuckhuge. I actually thought it was ridiculously huge when I first saw it and didn't think they could fill all the seats, but they have every time I've been there.
There are plenty that do this, and with larger screens and recliners.
I went to one to see Star Wars.
They had house made chili con queso that was delcious, and the same fucking price as 'chos at a normal theater, like $5.
They also had beer and cocktails. Being in Colorado, they had literally 30 types of local beer. And decently priced, about the same price as a fucking medium soda, cheaper than a large soda. $4.75 for a true pint of delicious, local beer that is over 6%abv.
All server brought. Since I go out to movies so much less now, this is a more worthwhile way to do it.
Most people don't even buy the food here. It's mostly just trashy lower middle class people who can't into a budget.
The rest of us sneak in some crab legs with a cracking anvil.
You realize you don't HAVE to purchase food to see a movie, right? It's there for convenience sake if you want a treat with your movie. You're not obligated to buy a single thing
