>Great news for Twin Peaks fans — I’ve learned that one of the most popular characters in the original series, the troubled femme fatale Audrey Horne, will return in the new season for Showtime. No one is commenting but I hear Sherilyn Fenn, who played Audrey, has signed on to reprise the role that’s expected to have a major presence in the new installment.
>I hear fellow female co-star Lara Flynn Boyle has opted not to come back.
>implying it was her decision
She was hopefully far enough from the bomb that she didn't get too fucked up.
But considering the blast seen from the exterior... I dunno mang.
I hope they at least give her some kind of scar or a wheelchair or a missing limb or something. That's be pretty awesome.
>ruined twin peaks second season
>ruined her face
I watched Fire walk with me on acid.
That scene where she sees her father leaving their house and realises who he really is... I think that fucked me up a bit.
And I thought she was a boring character in the show (as her cousin though).
She really blew my mind in the movie. Amazing actress.
This show had plenty of diversity:
- An Asian Doorknob-kin.
- A one eyed mentally crippled middle aged woman with superhuman strength.
- A wise Native American deputy with house of flying daggers throwing skills.
- A woman whose husband identifies as a Log.
And many more.
Forgot the pic
also a transgender woman
This just gets better and better. I'm feelin good bros.
>i stopped watching
Nigga why? You're barely into Earle's long game and there's still some really good shit to happen.
It picks up after episode 14, it's just that 3 episode dip in quality that puts some people off.
I love that she's shown EVERYTHING full frontal, even from behind. Lovely butthole. Wish she'd have her black hair in that scene though.
He's literally on there for like 3 episodes. Quit meming yourself.
She WAS, I know she won't be anymore ofc.
Any news on
Do you think she's related to anyone?
Can women even unJUST themselves? It seems that once they start to go downhill, there's no stopping it.
/tv/ loves to meme on Carrie Fisher, but I think she really un-justed herself for TFA considering she looked like this only 5 years ago. Then again she looked fine in 2007 and was only jabba-mode for like 3 years.
>Cooper is the new Bob and he rapes her, then kills her FWWM style
Man, I had the unfortunate privilege of seeing two people complaining in the comments of an article that the character was played by a straight white male, and that in the new series, he should actually be recast with an actual transgender actor. And then after saying all this shit, they revealed they never actually seen the original show.
Well, fortunately she's still juuuust fine!
man, those pokies make me go BOIOIOIOINGGG!!!
and then there's also Donna's little piano-playing sister!
>know a cutie who looks like Laura Palmer with brown hair
>sent her a happy new year
What went wrong?
>Maybe BOB is just the evil that men do
I tend to believe that Leland was a genuine rapist and BOB was simply manifestation of the evil that was already inside him. But I don't want to believe that there was always evil inside Cooper and that he's been raping and killing women for the past 25 years.
yo, a butthole is rare- that's nice. Too bad that Playboy shoot is black and white.
>Wanting ANY of the old characters back
Why not have something completely new
Why do Americans have to constantly retread ground already trodden to death? Why can't we just have a backdrop of several characters and have everything else be unknown?
The sense of place is what makes the show, especially if you have new inhabitants.
If the Log Lady didn't die you peckers would (You)pvote her to death. Fucking pieces of shit.
Cool. I don't agree with what you said though.
Bringing back the cast to continue the original storyline isn't just pandering or beating a dead horse, it's really the only way an actual Season 3 would work.
Save the entirely new cast for a future spinoff or something, maybe. There's already enough shows at this point with similar settings to Twin Peaks.
my otp still has hope. i don't give a fuck what any of you nig nogs say. Annie is shit-tier compared to based Audrey.
What does /tv/ think of Annie? In all seriousness, it just felt a bit forced, in among other things in the following episodes after the murder case. That's not to say it wasn't good, it just felt like it could of been more, that is, until the ending of course.
i guess i was just trying to be nice but i do agree it was forced as fuck, but i'm not sure if i would want her killed. i mean, how will it start after 20 years? that's what i'm curious the most about
I love Kyle Maclachlan and his stuff, even fucking the flinstone movies. but god damn there is no way he will convince me that cooper wouldn't hit that 18 year old rich pussy.
Nah, despite what the autists here say it makes complete sense that Coop wouldnt have gotten involved with her. He was a good, pure man of justice. Why would he start a lurid affair with an 18 year old friend of the murder victim whos case he had been tasked by the federal government with to solve? Regardless of the claims that LFB didnt want him to be involved with audrey becaue they were dating in real life, for him to turn down getting involved in that makes perfect sense to me, considering the merits of his character.
God damnit, had to get myself some coffee. One doesn't watch Twin Peaks without coffee.
i guess your right. i mean cooper is a fucking saint. Still, i completely forgot that the two dated. God damn did he dodge a bullet. i heard he's living a good life, kind of like mark hamill, not a HUGE star but takes roles he likes and just is happy and i can respect that.
he's a seahawks fan though. i wonder what his reaction to the super bowl was.
>Audrey is back because they felt bad for Sherlyn Fenn, who recently posted on her blog that she was going through bankruptcy.
You think its possible to force her into sexual relationship with me by giving her financial support?
He did and severely regretted it though, probably one of, most likely the main, cause of his ubermensch type personality and morals that we see at the time of the show and during its timeline. He was a man reborn after that incident(and maybe others, his backstory isn't much discussed outside of his direct involvement with Earl).
Tom Sizemore was on a podcast with Dr. Drew and he said Fenn, Kyle MacLachlan, Heather Graham, Laura Dern and he would be on the show. 18 episodes with 3 leading characters, which he's one of.
>Laura was 17
>One-Eyed Jack's was in Canada
How did he get away with international sex trafficking? The worst thing that happens to him is Catherine slapping him in the face.
