I'm honestly not sure if Deadpool will flop or not.

Looking at the trailers, it seems obvious that this movie will be extremely popular. Even if it's shit, it'll be popular. That R rating is going to hurt it though, at least in the box office. Deadpool is the kind of movie made to appeal to 13 - 20 year olds. Only a small fraction of it's intended audience will be able to see it in theaters.
