This is unironically the best scene in Star Trek. Prove me wrongProtip: You can't
Not sure if I should put this on /g/ but wondering if if anyone here has dealt with suddenlinks shit recently. They forced my area to upgrade to some new box and when I installed it I lost channels I used to have.
Sales rep I talked to said some shit about encryption and how customers were getting more channels then they were supposed to be getting previously. No fucking clue what any of that means or if it's complete bullshit. But to get the channels I used to have for 80 a month it would now be 140 a month. Can anyone explain what kind of jew bullshit is going on here?
What does /tv/ think of Eisenstein? You have watched a film from arguably one of the most influential directors of all time, right?

Would you have combed his chest hair?
There was a maybe late 80s-mid 90s movie where the character was an actor obsessed with replicating pic related from North by Northwest. Does anyone remember the title? Every search is just just endless Hitchcock results.
Honestly, may have been as late as some early-mid 2000's independent movie.
Nevermind, found it. Arizona Dream (1993)

If Bill Gates didn't retire and start spending his money, what do you his networth would have been?
Well on the bright side the nice part of being a CEO is the golden parachute.
So whatever happens, he'll be okay.

I'm pretty sure he's still earning money from M$. I doubt he's spending it fast enough to offset the dividends M$ pay him.

Just mindless entertainment ennit.
Everyone goes into these films thinking they're gonna be watching Oscar winning material... if you go into it knowing it's gonna be nothing but bad plots, attractive people and explosions, it's easier to actually enjoy watching.
Is it just me or did the cgi in these films get a lot worse after the original? Everything in the first one looked amazing, then by 4 the robots looked like sprites or pixar renderings interacting with people. Idk if that's because they started looking more human and it just made everything silly or what. I prefer the more alien look like pic related.

AOE had the Autobot characterization I've been wanting.
