Which is a better option if I have 3 - 5 days?
I'm trying to add another place or two into my trip for this summer so I'm considering the cities above.
Right now I have already selected Prague and Krakow as well.

By the way, I'm traveling with my girlfriend. We're both in our mid-twenties and boring people who like museums, old/historical stuff, and walking around.
Neither of us care about nightlife other than maybe a cool, inexpensive restaurant.

Vienna alone beats Warsaw without even trying. Bratislava is a nice bonus as a daytrip.
Krakow beats Warsaw as well. I mean, it's not bad or anything, it's just that Vienna and Krakow are miles ahead.

Vienna + Bratislava. Warsaw is pretty boring and definitely not worth 3-5 days, the war wiped most of the interesting stuff.
