How would one design an anthromorphic dragon's wings to actually make flying or even gliding to be feasible for the individual? Like theoretically, just how fucking huge would they have to be?

I'd also imagine putting on clothing/armor would be a gigantic pain in the ass and also may weigh down flying a fair bit. At least with ferals everything's so much more simpler.

Biological flight doesn't scale well. At around turkey size the thrust/weight ratio can't keep up, and agility is lost just to get off the ground. Human sized fliers would need a huge running start and would mostly be flying straight with an enormous turning radius. They would fly somewhat like an actual plane.

Actual dragon sized fliers are just extremely unrealistic. At that point the wings would have to be made of some super light super strong materials that don't exist. Being simple flesh and bone would make them so heavy, just trying to flap would be an enormous effort, and they'd break before making enough thrust to lift a dragon. There's a reason why we use fixed or rotary wings on mechanical aircraft; oscillating wing has a lot of impossible engineering hurdles at any significant scale.

tl'dr: Birds got it right by staying bird sized. Anything bigger doesn't work well.

I think that since dragons are so different/far removed from mammals, their genitals should also be very different. All of the dragons that I draw have "holographic wings", since as you said physical dragons wings would have to be freakishly large and wouldn't look aesthetically pleasing. You don't seem to understand. I got repeating zeros, so my opinion is objectively correct.

I get it, somehow a lot of people are physically attracted to dragons, but can't get over the fact that dragons wouldn't have tits, or balls, or anything except a cloaca. Seems pretty fucked to me, to go that far but then draw the line at "but flat chested females look too male, and I prefer a long vaginal slit and separate anus because that's what humans have". Most artists and commissioners are human after all, but you're not drawing a human, you're drawing a goddamn dragon.

Note my complaint is only on "feral" dragons. Anthro a shit, but at least at that point you're not actually trying. It's just sad to see a well done feral spoiled with bolted on mammal parts.
