This one is the most off because the character is about 6 inches taller than everyone so he barely fits in the frame. (Also the tail is cut off.)

But it's way more unique than the rest of the patient files because of the special jacket and other stuff (It rivals Muarauder's file with all the stuff in the notes.

Wearing in public isn't too bad. I found it to be quite fun. Not doing it often, though. I did it quite a few times when walking the dog.

Only wore them twice while I was out for a longer time and among friends/people that know me well (once in uni).
I wore a slightly longer T-Shirt and tucked it into my pants to be sure that it won't show the diaper when I bend over. And a sweatshirt above that. I did wet it until I was home, though.

How noticeable it is will also depend on your pants and diapers.
