There's be a string of murders around Saffron city, specifically targeting psychic-types. The most recent one though included a trainer too. Saffron and Celadon police have been really tight lipped about it but the last one happened near Cerulean and our police haven't been tight lipped at all. They're trying to get everyone on board to watch out for suspicious people and pokemon. It's nice knowing they care more about keeping us safe than keeping up an illusion that they're perfect.
