I've got some kill la kill figs: ryuko and satsuki.
They were my first 2 figmas, ordered em as a pair.
I soon realized how fragile they are.
I'm shit at posing them, and my cat is too curious to have them out.
They've been under my bed since I bought them.
I still have the boxes, but no plastic inserts.

Made it out of balsa wood, and wood glue.

Paint was just normal acrylic black model paint. 3 coats of it.

Don't know about the mountain bikes, but the street bikes are a little too small, depending on the figma. On the other hand, the skateboards are also just a little too big for say, Sinon, but would be fine for Snake.

The playsets are also undersized if you're thinking about using them as a diorama. I picked up a build a park set with a set of stairs for that, didn't work out too well.

Uh...have you seen the price on Sentinel stuff? Their 4 inch stuff is 5,000 yen, the Tatsunoko stuff (before recent factory hikes across all brands) was 7,800 yen and those were bare bones figures with re-used bodies. Even if these things come with no accessories they are going to a minimum of 9,000 yen just because it's a sculpt that can't be re-used.

Would I be happy if they were cheaper? Absolutely. I am expecting the worst though. I'm also fully expecting Sentinel to skip Cibo and Sanakan altogether and just release Killy and that Extermination unit.

Do you know how dumb you sound? This is why I don't buy used toys. It's just one more layer of potential failure because you don't know how the person treated it. There was a large number of them that shipped out with pre-torn shoulders ready to snap at the slightest movement. It was a big enough issue that it became well known.

Yup even got one myself. Problem with your example is, it was defective because of the molding process. The joint wasn't formed correctly. Not hamhanded by factory workers and shoved into a box.
I don't believe the anon because I have actually seen people buy a figure, open it, snap a joint, and exclaim that it was broken already. Some people just cannot accept the responsibility that they did something wrong that caused the issue, and then try to cover their fuck up with some BS story.
I've seen pix posted here of toys that were "Gently and lightly touched and it fell apart" that you could tell by looking at them the owner hamhanded them.

For me at most her torso joint can be considered the smallest bit loose, but it's still within comfortable margins. If you do pick it up, make sure you test the full motion of that joint, as it goes much farther than I thought initially, and was instrumental in my decision to keep her.

Just popped my AmiAmi cherry and along with some different flavours rement skeletons I ended up pre-ordering the Venus de Milo and Rodin's the thinker figures.
Pretty darn hyped. While it isn't a gamebreaker, i hope their colour matches nicely even though the surface finishes are probably very different.
