How's the Chogokin Buzz Lightyear? I have huge childhood nostalgia for Toy Story and want a really high-quality Buzz.

I wish Hot Toys would give Woody and Buzz a try at 1:1 scale.

Agreed. I got the Buzz Lightyear from that line for $20 on clearance at KMart like 5 years ago and it was well worth it. Been meaning to grab at least Woody as well but never got around to it.

Revoltec Woody in my opinion is an utter shit. Bascually a "meme toy" that is not as good as Toy Story Collection one which is the best choice because it comes not only with good quality but with voice in 2 different versions and even a string that you can pull.
I mean if you really want a Woody doll you probably would go with an actual woody doll that looks like him and can talk.
