Toys are just getting more expensive now. Revoltech minis are around that price now aren't they? Sentinal released a new version of the classic Microman with added articulation and a backstrap. I think more are on their way. They're sadly the same price as the Kancolle figures. I guess that's just how much this scale of figure from Japan are now.

Japanese prices will steadily increase along with the consumption tax in order to persaude people to spend their money rather than save it. It's due to a flawed economic perspective that is championed by those in power around the world.

The sooner it fails, and it will, the sooner Japan will have to ease back on their immigration rules.

Sadly there is nothing we can do about the price, they should be cheaper because they're smaller when compared to other poseable figures in that price range. But thats just how the market has turned out as of late;
however, I like to believe that most of these figures are worth the price in terms of quality and fun you can have.

Brought one to test the subline and I got to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. I thought the promo pics made them look a little cheap but the real deal looks pretty good given the size. Love the cylinder case they come with, will make them real easy to store and keep clean when I'm not messing about with one. I think I'll pick up a few more, maybe try and see what the Love Live subline is like.
