I mean I'm still going to spend 6 years pretty much toyed with at the whims of the gods, but I'm sure it will be fine eventually I'll be strong enough to deal with them to some degree. Ok, i want nature magic to arise again in Britain. Maybe it turns our that Arthur Conan-Doyle was right and fairies do exist, mostly in celtic lands. The Druids of England suddenly find their spells working. British people love nature, even through the industrial revolution we always used to love going to the sea side or getting fresh air in the country side. Nature magic becomes useable, and permeates the society in the same way that laptops and i-pads have. This leads to a certain amount of magi-tech, but for the most part it is strangely incompatible, for now. Vines that grow on the fronts of peoples houses now take on an even more powerful role. The army begins inducting basic druidic magic into its brave and well regulated structure. Druids are used alongside medics and radio signallers. Camouflage takes on a more natural look with actual living plants woven in. Soldiers that have since time immemorial adopted mascots and pets from nature now learn to listen to them.

Well, i dont really want to choose from the list available. I would prefer a grass roots druidic influence in the UK. One that does not rush to power but instead exerts a subtle and lasting influence on the way people conduct themselves. Not to lead a massive change or rule by decree, but more a gradual change which is inexorable and wins support through being stalwart and reliable. Perhaps the empire re-congregates back from the commonwealth as people seek the kind of stability that Britain can offer. Britains committment to law and order, and its regulated financial system still exist. It just exists along side the new nature energy.

I think closer to quirks than to stands. Each semblance has one defined Thing that it does, with pretty much no conceptual bullshit involved like some stands get up to. A super speed semblance makes you Run Fast, and pretty much nothing else. The main exception to this is the Schnee Glyphs, which are their own can of worms entirely.

I think 'rearrange' has a lot more connotations than what Overhaul has been shown to do. Overhaul can either break something into its components or put those components back together. If it could rearrange stuff it could, say put the components together in a different manner than before (so you could disassemble someone's body and then reassemble them so all their limbs are in the wrong place). I don't THINK Overhaul can do that, but I admit I don't actually know enough about the quirk to say if it can.
