The other two planned make you able to hit with full strength no matter your state or current wounds and summoning any friend or ally when fighting.

So how pissed would Sorrin be if I were to kill all the vampires in Innistrad? I know they don't care for him but didn't he only create Avacyn so that the vampires don't overeat and die from starvation?

I don't even know what jump that is. Do you have a title that's not in moonrunes?

Here you go.

Magizoologist [Free] Aw, who's a cute beasty?
Age: 22
Education: Beauzbatons Academy [Free] Très magnifique!
>perks:
Charmant! [Free] Nice.
High Flier [200] Flight's cool. I like flight.
Legiliments [200] Mind reading's good.
Conservationist [Free] Mhm.
Talk With The Animals [200] Going to need that.
Bombshell [200] Vanity!
>items
Wand [Free]
Gigglewater [50] Fun.
Case [200] And I'm going to need this too.
>beasts: [+400]
Diricawl [50] Fancy.
Fwooper [100] Dangerous, but useful.
Swooping Evil [200] Remarkably useful creature.
Nundu [200] This is a terrible idea...
Nundu 2 [100] ...but I'll get a breeding pair anyway.
Thunderbird [300] The coolest of magical creatures.
>drawbacks:
Off To School [+0]
The Long Haul [+0]
Nifflers [+200]
Do You Know Anything... [+200]
Fugitive [+300]

Hit the cap in drawbacks, since there's only one +100cp drawback. Guess I've got 700cp worth of trouble for 600cp of gain.

>summoning any friend or ally when fighting.
For how long? Do they return after summoned? Do they have to be a companion or could you feasibly call a friend from a different jump?
>>
>>55192587
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that it is. It doesn't seem incomplete.
>>

Is this worth a watch? I've almost checked it out a couple of times, but the previews looked really meh and forced.
>>
>>55192757
Nah
>>
>>55192735
>For how long?

Depends

>Do they return after summoned?

Not necessarily

>Do they have to be a companion or could you feasibly call a friend from a different jump?

I'm debating that. Inclining towards 'yes'
>>
>>55192757
Eh. It was okay.
>>
>>55192757
It's an ok movie, it has it's problems but it has some fun action.
>>
>>55192757
It's basically what would happen if an SBer made a movie based on Harry Potter fanfiction.
>>
>>55192771
If you can call someone from another jump, I think you're going to have to put a time limit of some kind on it for balance.
>>
>>55192728
It's called Irregular Magic High School. Look at the right of the picture.
>>
>>55192809
>I think you're going to have to put a time limit of some kind on it for balance

Only one from outside the jump per 10 years?
>>
>>55192837
What's it based on? If that has any limits, then add those.

>>55192847
>What's it based on?

Game mechanic. Protag final skill is basically calling his allies to the board. The only restrictions are how much he can summon per battle, the cost and that the allies must not be incapacitated to act.
>>
>>55192877
Hmm... I dunno. Why would it allow you to summon from other jumps, again? Doesn't exactly sound like something that works on that scale.

Yeah, not sure if allowing summon people from other jumps. It does sound more like a 400cp perk like that. Even if it's something pretty useful.

[Idol-400, discount Leader]

To say that your people likes you would be an understatement, they LOVE you, to the point of edging with fanaticism. Every action you take is seen in good light by them and in war even women and children are mentally prepared to give their lives for your sake. This, however, is not absolute, and being a neglectful or an outright bad ruler can overcome this power. Still, would take a lot to reach that line.

After those fiascos with Eagle Hitler, the afterlife rail and dementor shortbread I had to lay low from Britain's wizarding community for a while. So in exchange for a new identity, I took a job offer from Wizarding Murrica's equivalent of the Department of Mysteries' to work on things that might be useful for the Great War all the seers were saying was coming any day now. Time-turners that could be disguised as watches, love-powered master sparks, auto-wands built into guns and artillery-that sort of thing. My cover was being a baker. A menacing, menacing baker.

I also asked why nobody had figured out the most powerful dark wizard of the age, Gellert Grindelwald, could be defeated by throwing magical animals at him. Nobody seemed to know either, apart from ancient animal cruelty laws.

Also, Gamp's Law of Elemental Transfiguration can go suck a fat one. I will bend the powers of magic, time, space, death and even LOVE until they let me conjure steaks from nothing

>>55192757
It's pretty dumb, and there's less a "plot" than a series of vaguely connected shenanigans that somehow starts with Newt losing his briefcase, and ends with America being wrecked.

It's good for a laugh and the CGI's okayish, I guess?

Because my worldship needs a substantial breeding population of thunderbirbs on it's surface.

Now. 17 is nowhere near a substantial enough number. But that is where the MAGIC-GENETIC-SCIENCES come into play, and where Evolution Energy will hopefully enable me to create enough different members of this species to enable a thriving populace.

... Sadie was just enchanted with the Diricawl's coloration so, I have no idea why she snatched them up. Yion was kinda looking at the Fwoopers but stuck with the Nifflers in the end.

Hmmm. How much /would/ be enough though?

You need quite a few people to have a population that's genetically viable in the long-term, but that's partially because of a genetic bottleneck we had some time in our history.

It's...an acquired taste. Imagine biting into a snowball that's warm, except every couple of seconds it tastes like the last thing you ate, only for the flavor to fade and revert to the other things your steak is currently cooked with. And then it does it again, and again, and again.

Earlier trials with a time-only steak tasted decidedly like vomit, after the meat kept escaping the stomach.

That poor not!Unspeakable still recommended it as a chemical weapon after consulting the American oracles on what what sarin gas does.

>>55193070
So for most people, Genius: the Transgression was a cosmic struggle over the Supernal Realms right? For Yasumi, it was basically a dream come true.

We'd be in the middle of gunning down some bastard of Archmage, and Yasumi would be all "Holy shit, SO MANY ALIENS!" over in the corner taking pictures of them. Or we'd be running from an Abyssal incursion, and she'd be /trying to summersault into it/. And the weirdest thing was-her passive Great Will thing meant those shenanigans usually worked out pretty well for her. It was like watching Deedee fuck with Dexter, except across several supernatural planes of existence. She absolutely terrified Changelings.

Also, she kept befriending Orphans until there was a veritable army of nonsense following her everywhere.

>>55193118
Oh yes. Enough that I don't celebrate my own. For starters, I wish I was never born-not in THAT way usually, but in the sense of mortality being icky.

How about instead of a once per 10 years thing, you make them short duration summons with cooldowns. Call in an ally from a previous jump for 12 hours, but once the summon ends it takes a month before you can do it again. That sort of thing. I really like the idea of being able to call past allies forth, even temporarily.

Aside from helping the plot along the biggest thing I did was adopt baby Voldemort, I know right! I figured growing up in big Italian family of wizards would be much better for him and the rest of the world.

He eventually learned he was adopted, thanks a lot cousin Vinnie, but I had planned for this event. I told him a sob story about his mother being a witch and his father a muggle who was killed by Grindelwald supporters. Thanks to all my lying and acting skills he believed me.

My lie however may have been too good. After graduating from Ilvermorny Tom ran off to fight Grindelwald and I, having grown fond of my adopted son, had to track down his ass across Europe. Series of misadventures later Tom is saved with intervention from Dumbledore who defeats Grindy.

Tom was still grounded when the Jump ended.

tl;dr Ancient Chinese Literature involving humans initiating ancient art of cultivation to turn their souls into superpowers. Frequently leads to Protagonists becoming Multiverse Creators & Destroyers, frequent message of xianxia is that there is never a ceiling on what you can achieve, just how difficult it'll be.

Wasn't really ever controversial, but it's all dumb power-level wankery.
>>
>>55193979
As far as I can tell, it's basically wuxia (i.e. kungfu drama) except if by grinding up and snorting enough plants, people and chaos energy you can reach higher powerlevels and ascend to celestial planes of existence where everything has a higher powerlevel.

So instead of being about relationships and tragedy, the story becomes focused on a struggle for higher and higher powerlevels, assholes who are good at climbing the powerlevel scale and the occasional mythological figure.

>I think I get it, but I've also got some confusion. Like, I don't really understand why it was considered high power or controversial.

Well considering you are being serious, the xianxia genre is basically shonen where you get power by fighting and meditation and often times has such high power levels at the end that it is just stupid.

I like a lot of xianxia but as others have pointed out, I have shit taste because I will read anything.

some are not that bad for powers but some xia authors just toss more power into the mc instead of making him deal with problems.

also in a lot of xia the worlds are shitholes ran by assholes who are cruel and just plain dicks to everyone.
>>
>>55193979
Basically if Wuxia is your standard Kung Fu Flick, or something like Thunderbolt Fantasy in terms of something more recent, Xianxia is basically sorta the 1000000x escalation of Kung Fu Trickery.

Usually the controversial bit as far as I recall comes more in just that a lot of the protagonists are sorta detached from everything besides using tricks to powerlevel. Or something like that, its not something I read personally

Alright, I definitely understand for the most part then. I just need clarification, aren't most of the powerful people in this genre powerful after like, thousands or millions of years of training?
>>
>>55193979
Xianxia is a type of predominantly-Chinese (as if the name didn't give that away) fantasy story. It takes cultural tropes familiar to a Chinese audience like chi cultivation, Daoist immortals, and kung fu, and places that in the context of a very high-power fantasy story. Oftentimes it has some conceptual overlap with Japanese isekai stories, where the protagonist is from our world and is reincarnated into the magic chi-cultivation world. The reason there was some controversy over it is that, being wish-fulfillment action stories, xianxia novels have a problem with escalation. It's quite common that by the end of the series the protagonist will be strong enough to casually create and destroy entire universes. So you can see why this would have been a problem in past incarnations of Jumpchain. These days the expected power levels of a Jumper have risen quite a bit due to gradual powercreep, but many xianxia stories are still far stronger than what a lot of people are comfortable having in Jumpchain. Whether their opinion is correct or not is up to debate, but that's where it comes from.

So Scion has an avatar that is not his actual body and his real body is sealed away outside the dimension he's in.

Is Scion basically an Eldrazi? Would Sting help a lot against the normal Eldrazi?
>>
>>55194063
Oh yeah, it wanks the use of time and shit. It's one of genres where you'll hear "DON'T WORRY, WE'LL JUST DISAPPEAR FOR A COUPLE BILLION YEARS TO GO TRAIN" and the guy saying it is being completely fucking serious.

Also that's why they always cme up with "THIS THING DOES X A MILLION TIMES FASTER" and rooms for training where time passes inside at 500 years inside per 1 second outside

>Game of Thrones

Eh, I dunno. This season of GoT's been so terribad I'm pretty sure it would have only been possible if everyone canonically owned teleporters except the Night's King.

>>55194097
Hoo boy. Vague power vs vague monster.

I don't think it would, because from my understanding the real body of an Eldrazi is a formless energy field whereas Scion's core is a tangible mass of crystalflesh the size of the moon locked behind some kind of space-warping dimensional anchor-like thing that stops stuff from getting near it's universe. Even then Sting didn't deal the finishing blow, it just gave the multi-Tinker built weapon a free shot at him.

>>55194152
What a hero.
>>
>>55193902
Let me die.

Have mercy on a poor demon.
>>
>>55194097
Sort of. I'd say the Eldrazi are much better at it, though. Scion's only got the one avatar body, every single Eldrazi spawn is part of the larger Eldrazi being. And not even in the sense of avatars, those are actual physical parts of them that are displaced through higher dimensions. It's like how if you poked your hand into a two-dimensional world the inhabitants would just see the cross sections of your fingers and think it was five separate circle-shaped entities. But the circles are all really part of the same being, just held together by bits that exist on a level they can't observe.

So in regards to Sting...maybe. It is all sorts of weird hyperdimensional stuff. But I'm not sure what effect it would have. Sting worked so well on Scion because its space-warping nature could rip open the gate he was using to feed mass to his avatar and let other things through. But like I said, the Eldrazi aren't connected to their spawn, they are their spawn. So would the Sting-enhanced projectile cause very little damage because it would only carve off a comparatively minuscule part of the larger being? Or would it strike them on their level, attack the full body instead of just the hands, and cause drastically greater damage that's reflected on each piece? I don't know. Fanwank for yourself whichever makes more sense to you.
>>
>>55194097
Scion's "golden man" is actually not a separate piece - It's extruded into our world, but still part of the greater whole.

>>55194208
They're naturally formless beings whose shape is ultimately arbitrary, yes. But they're higher-dimensional, too. Ugin uses a very similar metaphor to the two-dimensional world one I used. The individual Eldrazi lineage creatures aren't extensions of the main Eldrazi in the sense of a hive mind, they're all physically part of the same entity that just pokes bits of itself down into a plane from the Blind Eternities. The fact that they're native to the Blind Eternities kind of requires that they be higher-dimensional, that's one of the few ways to survive existing there. Oddly, being lower-dimensional is a protection against it, too, that's how Urza would planeswalk. Turn himself into a two-dimensional figure and travel the Blind Eternities as an image.
>>

Ugh, tell me about it. The Writers have no idea how bloody difficult it was to travel back in the before cars days. Jon is marching back and forth between dragon stone and the wall like its literally not half of Westeros away. The Dragons are probably the fastest way to get anywhere and even then they should not have managed to reach Jon and party before the zombies nommed on them.

And that's not even counting the side characters literally magically appearing when they want to show up.

I know there are also protective energy shields you can put up to keep yourself safe, that's what the Weatherlight used. Yawgmoth created direct portals through the planes for his invasions. The Kami of Night's Reach on Kamigawa could extend itself conceptually through shadows across planes. So yeah, there are lots of ways, probably more than those, too. I can't recall any of the Newwalkers really describing much how they do it, though.

Disagree here, I reckon it was doomed the moment they interpreted Oberyn's dying wishes as "murder my widow and remaining immediate family".

Speaking of disappearing soldiers. Let's not forget the entire Tyrell military forces getting shitstomped by ONE lord defecting, and Cersei somehow pulling soldiers out of her ass after Tywin pointed out his forces were wearing thin after multiple wars.

The one thing I buy is the Iron Bank deciding she's their best investment, but that's ONLY by process of elimination when their other options are a foreign terrorist and THE KING IN THE NORTH!

>>55194431
Neato.

I take it those Kami are damn powerful if they can planeswalk without presumably all of them being planeswalkers?
>>
>>55193887
No.

Like most Jumpers, I have enough stacking physical enhancement and superspeed that I can casually break the sound barrier when running around. I also hit with equivalent force, and absorb equivalent hits, which would make for plenty of containment problems on its own, in a mindless brute strength fashion. And 'mindless brute strength' isn't exactly what I've been building for.

Mallory Crossover (from Haruhi) is a level of teleportation that defies all attempts at containment; if I don't like where I am now, I can poof over to another *universe* with a thought... or just use the same technique to go to Tahiti.

I took Warehouse Portals, plus the ForceWall, so at the drop of a hat I can enter my impenetrable sanctum. SOP keeps the other portal end in my actually secret safehouse, so that in the not unlikely event that I enter the Warehouse from an observed location, I have a secret exit that I can leave from instead.

As a Sidereal Exalt, I have access to the absolute bullshit that is Sidereal Dodge. If I ever find myself in a fight that I don't want to be in, I retroactively flee two minutes before the fight started. Possibly by teleportation, and/or into my Warehouse.

Self Duplication (Teen Titans) is an especially useful technique for influencing the world in otherwise dangerous situations; if I don't feel confident going into a situation myself, I instead send my disposable-but-fully-powered other self. Or some large portion of my infinite army of even-more-disposable less-powered other selves.

I also have an amazingly useful Ghost altform (Mana Khemia). Should I 'die' in the course of doing something stupid, I automagically assume my actual final form, and GTFO as an incorporeal ghost that is immune to physical attacks.

So yeah; even if I am somehow overpowered (and the list of entities capable of doing so continues to shrink), I'm still pretty much impossible to contain.

Dany or Cersei because I don't see either as geniuses. Dany either does what advisor suggests or just throws dragons and men at enemy. Cersei isn't smart because she'll end up fighting alone against at least one enemy and is trusting mercs to get job done.

>little girl execute the Lord of the Vale at the behest of someone subbing in for the actual King in the North on the word of a creepy cripple MIGHT be a LITTLE controversial even among the Northern Lords

That's not even mentioning the fact that the Vale Knights are the most intact military force in the North and pissing them off is going to have negative consequences. Thanks to Jon running his army headfirst with no strategy into the superiorly skilled, armed, and numbered Bolton soldiers and getting all of his allies killed as well as the giant who was fucking unarmed and with no armor or anything except his fists.

All I'm saying is that when Jumper arrives in Westeros they really should slap some tactical skill into Jon. They probably could also just assassinate Ramsay, something Jon is to honorable to do and convinced their soldiers to stand down.

on its own its probably only going to let you get the most out of what you have, though it can raise the stats normally used by the other races if you have the required cultivations, it also can be used to turn your shen energy back into ling energy. For instance at one point zuo mo is fighting and runs low on ling power for spells, he eats a sun shen seed to get shen energy and turns it into ling energy, basically giving himself more power by eating seeds like batteries.

The book goes into more depth about how all the slavery cities she liberated actually have more long term socioeconomic issues than just magical masked men popping out of nowhere.

Here, she shows up on the battlefield, roasts some people alive and...I want to believe they're trying to do some parallels with the Mad King, but the fact she ends up with Jon makes me think they're selling her as a legit heroine.

>needs to be covered in leather

Yeah, I brought that up in a /tg/ armor thread and after the reeing/laughter: I gathered that no, it doesn't. Not to mention in hindsight it's ridiculous to expect Sansa to be a competant military leader, when what few victories she's scraped while being victimised have been int he political arena. Which she doesn't demonstrate at ALL by publically whining at Jon.

>realworld politics

Not intentionally; I could've sworn there were some surviving male relatives that canonically should've come ahead of her? Either way her ending up in that position in the first place by blowing up all her rivals is equally ridiculous.

Qyburn is basically Batman at this point.

Both, yeah.

And I get where you're coming from, I just think it's severely undercut by the fact they just finishing battling all the Boltons for being horrible weirdos, and how insubstantial and unrealistic the case against him was.

They had to write him into being stupid enough to ADMIT to the one crime they realistically couldn't have had any witnesses to, and also all the Northern lords accepting wizards are real!

They did abandon Casterly Rock which as their seat of power would have a large garrison and with Jamie there he probably brought men form King's Landing.

hieghest power we have been shown is when two high power people fight at great peace city, it flattens the city and a good portion of the countryside. Mostly I would say the power level of the cultivation is much lower than most xianxia settings, apparently at one point in the past so long ago nobody knows how long it was there where extremely powerful people who could make things like the sun shen seed, but those days are so long past it may as well not have existed and all thats left are a few of their treasures.

unless I am forgetting something.

Oh and there are people who can kill those two people rather easily but that is because they have much more shen cultivation and greater numbers, they killed I think 10 of those guys with 3 of their guys I think?

How dangerous is the X-Men movies jump?
>>
>>55194516
Ohhhh boy, Jon's not gonna like that yeah. To be fair though, he's already persona non grata to Cersei after blowing off her offer. I'm pretty sure the showrunners will asspull Robin Arryan into teaming up with Sans, because I get the impression they REALLY want you to believe Sansa is now some political wunderkind.

Also, let's face it-as bad as Jon's (((strategy))) was, the Boltons' corpse wall tactics was blatent plot armor.

Really the ONE THING you can do to guarantee against a White Walker invasion is prevent dragons from going north of the Wall. So the Night's King has nothing to burn it down with.

The one redeeming bit of this season has been Dany's impulsiveness having tangible consequencies, even if she doesn't seem wholly aware of them yet.

Like boning her niece.
>>
>>55194603

>Yeah, I brought that up in a /tg/ armor thread and after the reeing/laughter: I gathered that no, it doesn't.

Ah, well, I'm no expert either

>her ending up in that position in the first place by blowing up all her rivals is equally ridiculous

Yeah, but Westeros is pretty much founded on whoever has the biggest stick is in charge. If I was a lord I'd know to keep my mouth shut, and move to the Summer Isles as soon as possible.

>Qyburn is basically Batman at this point.

I just call him Frankenstein

>trying to sell Dany as a legit heroine you should root for after 6 seasons of moral ambiguity

Yeah, never been a fan of her. Laughed when she told prisoners that she didn't come to come to kill them and their families and less than a minute later says join me or die.
>>
>>55194579
Wasn't that garrison mostly exhausted from Tywin's rout of the blackwater, and long overdue for pay before Cersei talked to the Iron bank's people?

And Jamie's mens hould've been worn out from sieging the Blackfish. The show doesn't show this well when there's just these massive battalions of fresh-faced, cleanly armored troopes suddenly able and willing to march wherever.

And the idea of Cersei having STILL having enough armies to do anything more than hunker behind ballistas (which let's face it, the showrunners will because she's the designated power of the midlands now) after a fucking dragon smashed THOSE troops next season is laughable.

>Westeros is pretty much founded on whoever has a biggest stick is in charge

That's fair actually, when the High Sparrow did so much damage just from pleb popularity. Now he's smashed the lords are probably just too confused to do more than go with the flow.

It's just, to pull that off they wrote Qyburn to be CRAZY hypercompetant because there's no way I believe Cersei could've organised that coup. Like...Qyburn has to be knowledgeable, a better strategist AND a more charismatic child soldier manager than all of the Maesters.

You know, I wouldn't mind Dany if they portrayed her to be more of a morally ambiguous fuckup. Instead of The Plucky Nice Girl Who Solves Everything With Dragons You're Supposed To Root For.

>>55194717
That's the one. And yes
>>
>>55194669
>Wasn't that garrison mostly exhausted from Tywin's rout of the blackwater?

Blackwater was years ago at this point, war started in 298 and it's like 304 now. With their large army and no one else to fight at the moment I'm guessing Lannisters have enough men to blitz.
>>
>>55194574
>Oh, that reminds me: Them trying to sell Dany as a legit heroine you should root for after 6 seasons of moral ambiguity. The book goes into more depth about how all the slavery cities she liberated actually have more long term socioeconomic issues than just magical masked men popping out of nowhere.
The books actually start out with a fairly nuanced view of the slave cities and how Dany rules them. Namely that she's an inconsistent ruler who mostly judges and passes down decrees based on her personal attachments to people.

>My band of murderous slaving rapists are nice so I'll negotiate with them and keep my promises.

>This band of murderous slaving rapists were kind of dicks so I'll negotiate with them then break my promises then kind of feel bad and renew them only to break them again when it becomes inconvenient.

I mean, he literally IS the whole Small Council at this point. I swear there's even a few scenes that imply he's literally doing all of the boring administrative work while simultaneously working on anti-dragon weapons. It really reminds me of Transformers Prime, where Megatron's always shouting about zanny schemes and OPTIMUS! while Soundwave does all the actual mission control for the Decepticons.

>>55194763
Exactly.

The most infuriating thing about the show is that it actually shows this happening too (see: Jorah getting shut down for saying maybe flying north of the Wall is a bad idea), but always depicts this as a positive trait on Dany's part.

I want to believe Olenna telling Dany to "be a dragon" was supposed to be an act of spiteful vengeance on the Crown by a bitter old women with nothing to live for, but the music and direction make it seem like a heroic mentor thing.

18 is only a legal term in the west where growing up and living into your 60s-70s isn't unheard of but the norm. That's rare for those in Westros.

Nobility actually married young. As they were expected to make heirs. After all they were expected to fight in battle. Peasantry married later most because they were needed for farm work.

Some of the more amazing spells include Reflect (instantly rebounds magic cast on you back onto the caster), Death (instantly kills anything not immune to death effects), Protect and Shell (respectively cut physical and elemental damage in half), Haste (greatly increases your movement and combat speed), Slow and Stop (greatly reduces an enemy's speed or freezes them in time while leaving them susceptible to damage), and Break (petrifies and shatters enemies).

I always give them the option of staying or coming with me. Currently I'd say 80% choose to follow with 30% of that choosing to return home at some point.

Those that stay usually do because of loved ones or desire to to rule the world/galaxy/universe.

"...and this is a collection of super soldier serums with instructions. Are you sure you don't want a droid army?"

"Are you sure? You don't have to worry about loyalty and remembering birthdays, humans always like that."

>>
>>55195560
Well if they're not at a level of intelligence to become a companion there's a perk in Minecraft to store items digitally it just needs enough energy to keep the storage system operational. All you need after that is to build all the droids you want.

To build them quickly, there's a few places to get factories, I think Red Alert has one, though it needs a certain Warehouse upgrade. I think one of the Star Trek jumps has a fabricator. You could also just build one yourself.

For the energy, Invader Zim has a generator that outputs enough power for an entire town, Rick & Morty has a microverse battery, Sonic Classic has the Emerald Pedestal which can empower seven gems into fake chaos emeralds which can be used as energy sources. You could also get the real chaos emeralds, there's also the Infinity Stones from the Cinematic Marvel Movies jump which are nice.

It would make you immune to Dragon type attacks. However not all of a dragon's attacks are "Dragon" type and being able to breathe fire doesn't automatically give it a Fire typing. It's entirely within the ability of a Pokemon to learn moves outside of its typing. If it were some kind of fire or lava dragon or something then it would have a Fire typing. So you wouldn't be "immune" to a dragon, just immune to some things that it can do. If it breaths fire then that's not a Dragon type attack, that's a Fire type attack. However, its claws are considered Dragon type attacks. But if it picks up a big ass rock and beats your ass with it then that isn't Dragon type.

So it's more accurate to say that it would make you immune to certain things that a dragon can do and highly vulnerable to others.

Not really. Pokemon seem to evolve from a combination of power levels and emotional factors. You'd be better off studying sealing abilities and ways to trigger metamorphosis in a back-and-forth fashion at will. Some of the Kamen Rider jumps might have something for that.

I tried looking into spell points for use in the D&D jumps and damn, that is crap. It gives you way less spells overall and your caster level is treated as lower than it should be unless you spend extra spell points.

At lvl 20 you would need slightly less than twice as many as you have to cast as many spells of each level as with the normal system and then have to spend even more to get your proper caster level.

Four more skill points to spend. You also start with four. You could get Coercion 2, Stealing 1, and Trap-Making 1 just starting off if you wanted. It's meant to be that way because it Origins your character starts with 3 but 4 just seemed like a better number for someone more specialized or if someone wanted to sink them for "complete" mastery rather than having to buy more.

Y'know, xenomorphs actually take to the corporate environment really well! They're dilligent workers, pheromones communicate faster than TED talks and barring the queens giving each other nasty looks there's almost no human resources complaints! Well, except that we don't have enough. But that's easily remedied by that good ol' standby for hostile takeovers: Lateral expansion! And by "lateral" I mean "those other corrupt bastards running this dungheap", and by "expansion" I mean "their chests bursting with newborn xenogirls".

As for my other holdings-Nehekhara's declared a one-nation ban on mercenaries enforced by laser mummies, while Kuki Corp's undergoing unprecedented diversification. And by "diversification", I mean "just pumping out little girl Lu Bu clones better than everyone at everything".

We managed to buy up roughly half of everything on the planet before the other families finally panicked and broke out the familicide bombs. Which Haou kicked into space. After that, we bought out the governments, the planet and the atmosphere.

We didn't even lay a finger on the head honchos. We just left them staring at nothing on the sidewalk after we bought the clothes off their backs. As a deposit for their perpetual sunset-watching tax.

It's not trash, but for a series that has 8 parts completely different genre wise and plot wise from each other, it is definitely lacking.

I'd definitely cast a vote for Sithicus. Lord Soth is somewhat infamous for flipping the Dark Lords the bird and being such an insufferable shit that they eventually threw him the fuck out of Ravenloft.
He basically retreated into his fortress and then proceeded to either not interact with or change his goals so frequently, they had no idea how to begin trying to fuck him over. On purpose. Like, that was his whole fucking plan, just a giant middle finger to the whole concept of Ravenloft. And eventually they just said "FUCK IT, JUST... GET THE FUCK OUT", and sent him home. It's pretty great.

Anyway, from the (admittedly sparse) research I've done, you'll still have to deal with hobbit vampires wandering around the wilderness and a pretty sizeable population of elves.
But I read some stuff that implied the elves are basically stuporous? Like, their cities are crumbling and they don't really seem to notice, just going on about their day. It's kindof weird.
But on the plus side, good vampires basically don't exist in D&D, so you probably actually don't have to worry about going full Paladin on them.

It's... probably(?) one of the less stupid places to spend your time, I would think, based on all that. At least if my information is correct.

I put so much fucking thought into that. I was gonna stick Hawke as an option to Commoner and Noble due to how Dragon Age II starts and the Hero of Ferelden as an option for Grey Warden but I thought it best to just let people wank. I came to
>+ Your choice of fluff appropriate to your starting kingdom, race, class, skills, and perks.
and even left it open a bit for the Grey Warden option. If you want to be involved as Hawke pick either and literally be a Hawke and maybe Hawke dies and you make it with the twins to Kirkwall. If you want to be the Hero of Ferelden pick Grey Warden and wank that you were picked along with them or perhaps instead and are already on the way to Ostagar. I think you reasonably have the tools to do so without literally being them.

Man, I only know that guy from the Dragonlance books where Tanis ended up pulling a fast one on Takhisis, and Raistlin first left everybody to go conquer the magic tower. And I didn't remember him doing much there other than being Tanis' ex's henchman in exchange for boning.

I'm still only dimly aware that he went on a lot of bizarre adventures after that.

Since I didn't address this because I didn't see it because I'm tired, I thought about scenarios. Many options that I put in the jump there could've been perfect scenario rewards or other. The problem I came upon was what the hell would I replace them with? I already in my opinion got kind of reachy with a couple of the options. I think I did a reasonable enough job with what I have and to start moving things around to me seems like a bad idea. Maybe Rival-kun will cannibalize it and do something better.

『DEAD KENNEDYS』
STATS
Destructive power: A
Speed: C
Range: E
Durability: A
Precision: C
Developmental Potential: B

Dead Kennedys manifests as a full-body suit worn by the User. The appearance of the Stand vaguely resembles a corpse, with a patchy outer covering of uneven holes over an inner layer resembling corded muscles, and a head covering with dark socket-like lenses. Kennedys sports a mouth guard resembling sharpened interlocking teeth growing from exposed, emaciated gums. The suit completely covers the User, except for a series of thin tentacle-like tubes jutting from the back long enough to drag across the ground through which the User takes in oxygen.

Infection: Dead Kennedys allows the User to “infect” objects by entering them and moving through them freely. However, the User must still breathe, and the Stand’s back appendages positioned with their air-holes just outside of the infected object to allow the User to breathe. The User cannot enter objects smaller than their total mass, but they can “integrate” these objects with the Stand, acting as an appendage.

Enhancement: Dead Kennedys grants the User extreme strength and durability when manifested, allowing them to enter combat against Stands directly. Typically, this strength is used in conjunction with its abilities to ambush enemy Stand Users and assassinate them in one strike.

Yeah, literal butterfingers.

Though to answer the question-it took me a while since I could've sworn there was something other than Young Justice's Drain No, but I finally found it: Breaker of Chains from Bartimaeus Trilogy.

Failing that, the super armor from Majikoi or Okami might help? Or the faith shield from Journey to the West. An AT-Field from Evangelion would also make it hard to get close enough to apply the seal in the first place, since those can shut out stuff like light and radiation too-and Action Commands or Two Can Play At This Game from Asura's Wrath would let you physically struggle against the seals.

There's also Border of Impossibility from Infernals, which is way more economic than using PDs for each individual seal. I'm not sure if seals would register as Shaping or Crippling for the purposes of Unconquered's light in Solars.
>>
>>55197969
Personally I would love to have 11 JoJo jumps
8 for the main series, the OG, Jorge, CoCo
>>
>>55197994
>the OG

There's no reason to have that one if we have an individual jump for each JoJo.
At that point you're better off trying it like the original Type-Moon jump was - discarded.
>>
>>55197969
We would need a jump for one of the Persona games already covered by Persona for that to apply. That being said, I would actually like that, especially if the Persona 3 jump had a scenario to save Door-Kun from his canonical fate. Also a 0cp drawback to have the Fem MC, because she's a cute and Wiping All Out is awesome.
>>
>>55197969
Actually, given the intro text for Wild_Card's Persona jump, I believe to some extent that was originally the intent?

The Persona jump we have that isn't 5 reads as if you're intended to be living and playing through your own story of Persona, hence why you don't get overly involved in any of the others. It does make the lack of a Wild Card option even MORE confusing, unfortunately.

If it gets on the drive in any manner it will not be because I asked for it. I honestly don't give a single fuck. I do what I want. Samurai Deeper Kyo has the Scrolls on the Shaman Growth Hormone, which give you an in on reverse engineering supernatural abilities; I think it should be applicable here because in the series it was used to make a sort of artificial chi vampire species.

There's also Anartist from SCP, since a lot of SCPs were made from bits of other SCPs, and The Binding from Storm Hawks to zap abilities into people with the power of friendship. I'm pretty sure you could also emulate the immortality with enough Craft: Genesis and at least Sapphire Circle Sorcery from one of the Exalted jumps, enough experimenting with the Life, Spirit and Prime arcana from Mage: the Awakening or being willing to use bits of yourself as Larvae (as long as you feel bad enough about it) in a Wonder (Genius: The Transgression).
>>
>>55198363
It's kinda inspiring to see somebody with that level of egotism, isn't it.
>>
>>55198370
Cool. Also, does "agelessness" imply control over one's age, or just not aging at all? For instance, can a Moana Demigod decide to be (in appearance) 19 one day, 95 the next, 37 the day after?
>>
>>55198315
Well, when you ask for "ideas" as a jumpmaker, you're just supposed to fish for neat things you haven't thought of or maybe spark some inspiration. It's not meant to be crowd-sourcing. Maybe. Were I so inclined, which I'm not, really, seeing as I slightly respect the rules of this community more than you do. And, well, I have other things on my plate like one of the "sanctioned" replacement jumps. So, maybe, one day if I'm really bored.

Oh, did I hit a nerve?

Let's try from a different angle - You're implying Bing, or any other search engine, doesn't do the same. Or that web browsers don't log your browsing. You put all the blame on Google when, lol, they all do it.

If you don't want people having access to any of your info, you'd have to scrub it all down to even the public record. Your outrage is meaningless unless you're actually doing something about it - and given you're still benefiting from the internet, I highly doubt that's the case.
