I've made two CYOA that were never fully finished or left "rough text" stage.
One was about making your own shadowy realm, where you started in cramped hole underground unable to sustain life but spent points into turning it into something more. Some ideas garnered some interest but it was quickly forgotten.
The other was about suspicious, not necessarily human waifus - each seemed human but has potentially disturbing paranormal effect or lived under suspicious circumstances. This one got quite a few answers in the thread where I dropped the pastebin and there was even some anon who asked for permission to make it full version with graphics but and I was fine with it though wanted to add a few more girls. In the end though, I think nothing happened.
Beside that I've made a few more joking "under one hour" CYOA in the past, like compelte shitpost to provoke some guy who went on horrible rant and picked fight with everyone since some author made CYOA hinting at netorare (a fetish I also dislike but when I do I ignore the thing instead of trying to take over a whole thread with retarded rants and name-calling).

Obviously this is a very crystal heavy build and it is set up to perform a move I have named Eclan Confetti, I spend weeks regularly breaking of shards of the crystal spore (which I get two per day from crystal ring) and harnessing a large stockpile of them.
When when it comes time for battle I use the warp crystal to boost my speed alongside use of spatial and force magic to throw out my large collection of shards in every direction like Dio Brando throws knives and cause mass havoc as suddenly explosions of ice, fire, acid, and everything in between erupt on the battlefield.
Then I proceed to let whatever survivors are on my side wipe up whatever survivors are on the Verendian side and pretend all of it went as planned

Alright, Imma abuse reserves S to overload scale B ridiculously, and abuse the portals from warp B to make sudden turns so I can ignore the restriction from agility S.

This is a melee build. Between Blood A, Strength S, Overdrive and Phased outfit, I tend to be able to make a comeback from even the most dire circumstances.

"It just is' feels flat, and the only character I can even think of that can bequeath you gifts is Bard, and he doesn't even speak.
I sort of see it as a you pick the location(city)/faction/companions/powers and then you make the story from there, but I am entertaining the idea of quests such as infiltrate Demacia if you are apart of Noxus, chose Leblanc or Katarina and took Illusion magic (maybe say that's recommended). The outcome of the mission would change based on who you take, and who knows what the political consequences would be if you took the wrong person.
Though I feel that if I go to indepth with such ideas, it might exclude Anons who don't know much about League.

What if, in order to gain abilities and what not, you need to choose a mentor of some kind? You wouldn't necessarily have to give the option to learn from every single Champion or even just the ones you include as companions.
Something like:
>Shaco teaches you how to be an assassin
>Jax teaches you how to be a fighter
>Annie teaches you how to be a mage because learning magic from a little girl is hilarious to me
>Sona teaches you how to be a support
>Poppy teaches you how to be a tank
>Draven teaches you how to be a marksman
You could go into further detail for how the different roles could branch out and stuff like that, but that's just an idea.

Player taking the role of a Champion or an OC based on available lore? Vastaya shit just dropped a whole lot of options on top of the Yordle, Human, weird Xaun/Pilty robots and various other critters various champs represent.

Team Assembly? Skin Variant effects if allied/playing champs? Bonuses for skin synergy? (+5 AD/AP if you nab the whole Pentakill band, Stealth boons for getting all Headhunters or Blood Moon, penalties to social interractions if you go nothing but edgelord champs like Kayn, Atrox, or skin variants like the new Yasuo or Omegasquad Teemo).
