Can World of Warcraft magic do anything interesting or is it just cookie-cutter fireballs and other elemental spells?
>>
Could you people just Stop. Fucking. Discussing World of Warcraft.

We don't want the update. We don't want the useless-ass jumpmaker associated with it. We don't want the ball of not-Warhammer-ripoff that Blizzard's been pulling out their asshole.

The people that fucking moron's making it for aren't even here. He has no fucking REASON to be here.

How about that Word of Warcraft, huh? You guys like World of Warcraft? Play a lot of World of Warcraft? Looking forward to the World of Warcraft jump? If you're looking for esoteric Fate shit, you're more-than-likely not gonna find that here. There's no reality marbles or universal-ending-rituals-of-the-fappening or mathemawhozitbullshit.

However, what it IS excellent at is your traditional fantasy magics, and it's all a fairly universal system. Every form of magic in that universe derives from either The Light (PRIESTS AND PALADINS), The Void (ELDRITCH MURDER SHIT), The Fel (DEMONS), The Arcane (mageshit), or The Natural (elements and druidic shit).

If you want soul-manipulation, it's got that. if you want to ascend as some kind of God, it's got that. If you want to enslave, bind, and/or make contracts with spirits, it's got PLENTY of that. You got your voodoo, you got your traditional mageshit, you got demon-enslavement, ya necromancies, ya divinations, ya transmutational shittery, you got it all.

Oh, how so? Always looking for stuff that lets you "ascend" in-jump since I like the flavor.
>>
>>53917391
Well it can make a tower that warps reality by folding multiple points of space onto each other thereby allowing a massive mage tower to get the perks of sucking magic out of multiple leyline crosses by existing simultaneously in one and many places at the same time. This may or may not also fuck with reality on a fundamental level, also known to many experts and wizards as "doing spooky shit".

It's a brain chip with Desty Nova's mind in it, from what I recall. Taken from when he first dies and his clone-based resurrection first comes into play, I think?

You could bring that version of him back, if you want good!Desty Nova to be a thing. Or you could plug it into yourself to try and get his intellect and tech knowledge. Might erode your morals/personality a bit. Or a lot, actually.

It's technically possible I imagine, though you wouldn't be able to summon any Servants or Heroic Spirits as that actually needs the Grail System/True Magics to work, not just summoning/contracts. Not sure what else counts as a Ghost Liner but they're extremely unlikely to be nearly as powerful as a Servant.

If you're not intending to summon them, just make a contract with an existing one, then it's certainly possible. Moving them intoa prepared body would be more complicated, as that may required advanced knowledge of certain magics (Probably Einzbern stuff and Touko's stuff would be good starts) but might even go up to needing partial use of the Third.

Touko's thing? Be a badass Magus and research Magic Crests a lot. Far as I know it's just a technique she created with raw skill, so you just need to be a strong and skilled magus and put in the time and you can get it.

Pendulum Summoning is Pendulum Summoning

You set up your left and right scales by setting pendulum monsters in the pendulum zones, using the blue marker of the card when using it on the blue side and whatnot, then when you have a complete scale you can summon everything in your hand or pendulum monsters in your extra deck (they go there when they die or get fused off or synchrod or Linked) as long as they're inbetween the numbers of the scales you set. Pendulum monsters also act like spells where their top effect causes effects.

Would you like to know about link summoning

>>53917951
That's Tharja, yandere dark mage. She's obsessed with Robin in canon, and if you take the drawback that makes you takes Robin's place, she's obsessed with you. Oddly enough, it's possible to set her up with someone else if you get her enough support conversations with them. It's mentioned that she's still super into you, though.
>>
>>53917881
How dangerous is FE:A if you do that? Is it like most mideval settings where a supply of firearms makes you a minor god of war?
>>
>>53917951
Tharja is a classic yandere who is constantly stalking and obsessed with Robin, basically everything she does is built up around them. If you take that drawback, Tharja will do pretty much anything you want.

Pretty difficult to say. It's a setting in which a band of about 20 dudes can win a war and a man can take an axe to the face without any repercussions if he's tough enough.

Is there any perk or item that ties all of my weapons into one object that can change shape or something? I like having one object that I can upgrade consistently since having fifty is really annoying. I'd prefer something that does what I listed above and not just change shape (I'd like all of my weapons to keep their current abilities and not just change one weapon so that it can take on the form of any weapon I want or something like that), but I'll take what I can get.

Would it be possible to imbue an (intelligent) golem with a divine spark using the Skyfather thing from Marvel Magic? And would that give it anymore life-like characteristics or something?

Jumpchain Supplement: Cosmic Warehouse

Utilities: Electricity, Plumbing, Heat/AC, ForceWall, GravityLink -60 CP

Structures: Shelving, Workshop, Medbay -30 CP

Miscellaneous: Food Supply -10 CP

Alright, that's the warehouse set up, on to my second jump!
I just clicked in the drive randomly until I got this, which is how I'm going to decide every jump in my chain, I guess.

Jump 2: Breaking Bad

Identities: Drop-In, Age 22, Male

Perks: No More Half Measures, Nerves of Steel, Criminal Lawyer -700 CP

Items: Mad Stacks, Mineral Collection -300 CP

Drawbacks: None

If I'm honest, nothing here really appealed to me, I guess I'll spend my time here stocking up on weapons, since Jumpchain is risky as fuck from the looks of it and I'd like to have plenty of guns and ammo to deal with whatever Quinn, my Aegislash from Pokemon, can't handle on his own.

Morrigan from Darkstalkers, Tharja from Fire Emblem: Awakening, a "ancient undead creature" from Generic Universal Monsters, and I think one of the Spyro Jumps lets you companion a canon dragon villain from one of the drawbacks? I might be wrong on that one.

You can also get free companions from FFTA and Van Helsing.

For masks: Legend of Zelda allows you to purchase masks that change you into the different races of Hyrule, you can get something like Corvo's mask in Dishonored, you can steal the Dragon Priest masks in Skyrim, and a lot of superhero Jumps have custom costumes that can include masks.

> Companions from Drawbacks
> Ask Konata, she collects them.
Oh. Sure.
But not all of them. Just the ones I think are cute or funny.

Actually, there hasn't been any good new drawback companions for awhile. Most of the ones that do exist turn them into a regular companion after the jump... which kindof defeats a lot of the fun?
It's kindof sad.

Anyway, if you just want straight Drawback Companions, there's:
> Rival! [YuGiOh!] ~ Has a similar but opposite Myers Briggs, according to notes.
> Annoying Tag-Along [Digimon] ~ A weak Digimon that likes insulting you.
> Annoying Mentor [Golden Sun] ~ A guy who loves to provide exposition, and is a little pushy. He means well.
> Schrodinger's Cat [Hellsing] ~ Schrodinger. Not really a companion so much as he randomly pops up in your chain to provide unhelpful commentary.
> Keef [Invader Zim] ~ An annoying sidekick with no personal space. Provides daily waffles.
> Onee-Sama! [Raildex] ~ A loli who's in love with you.
> Scrappy Doo [Scooby Doo] ~ It's exactly what you think. Invincible.
> Louis Cyphre [Shin Megami Tensei] ~ Satan finds you interesting and decides to tag along and watch you.
> Xellos [Slayers] ~ It's a secret.
> Excalibur [Soul Eater] ~ Excalibur~ Excalibur~

Yet to be explained, but do you know what has been pointed out recently?
Half the reason Momonga's bullshit works so well is because when he "relies on instinct" he's actually using his character's INT score rather than his own intelligence, and he might be using his character's Alignment as well when he does that.

It's actually widely believed that elves and dwarves were considered to be the same sort of being by the Norse. There's a lot of evidence that "svartalfar", "dokkalfar" and "dvergr" are all just different names for the same creatures. The names seem to be used interchangeably for any underground being by a lot of the surviving sources we have. Even the lojsalfar, the "light elves" that lived in the heavens, seem to be related to the dwarves, given that Odin set four dwarves to the task of holding up the sky.

In Persona 5 you and your party members cast spells and such by tearing off Masks which serve as representations of their inner desire to rebel. Most/All of the Mask designs are really strong and cover a decent range of styles.
>>

>What's Johnny Five?
Johnny Five is the main character of the Short Circuit movies from the eighties, about a military drone (a bit ahead of their time, there) who attained sapience after being struck by lighting and its programming glitching out. In Homestuck, Jade at one point tries to alchemize together all her guns, but instead gets a (possibly sapient, possibly prop animatronic, he's never interacted with) copy of Johnny Five. This is because there is actually a limited number of items that an Alchemiter can produce. It's a large number, 2^48, but it is finite. It's entirely possible that, when adding Alchemiter codes together, you get the code for something that already exists instead of a hybrid of the things you used. Every AND operation you perform with the codes lowers the number of holes in it, and every OR operation raises them. Moving towards either edge of the possibility space therefore decreases the number of things that could be produced by the resulting code.

I think Orcus is one of those Sorta Demons, Sorta Godlike in that they gain some power from worship.

What the pig becomes Orcus, or even while it is still a pig, exile it to the room. You now have a Orcus Pokeball. Go to work destroying his support structure in the abyss, set up a prepared killing field, arrange your host, and release him at ground zero. Or leave him there until the jump ends, and release him in some later jump where he is weakened.

If you have Magic Deal powers make him an offer (he leaves you alone+other concessions) and keep him in the Room with a Moose unless he accepts.

Yes, they're all clones of the same person (Justeaze) iirc and typically do not feel emotions as they are not born with emotional knowlege even though they are born with all other knowlege. But Homunculi can be taught emotions, as Irisviel demonstrates. Irisviel also popped out Illya naturally, but then again Illya is often called a "miracle" and went through some stuff in the womb so I'm unsure how successful homunculi are with reproducing naturally without outside help.

If you chose to be a Homunculi, by fiat the short lifespan won't affect you. At least in Fate/Zero.

Do clones get a bad deal when dealing with souls in Fate like in WH40K? I know that they possess "100 Magi" worth of magic at their weakest, but that might just be because their magi are crap most of the time. Also crazy. And jerks. >>
>>53919585
Yep...Literally almost everyone in the Einzbern family is a creepy emotionless clone doll. I'm not sure if clones get a bad deal or not, it seems like the clones get a bad deal is because of how shitty magecraft is, not the nature of the soul itself.

Magus culture is pretty fucked up and Kiritsugu wasn't immune to it since Saber in the Fate Route of F/SN describes him as an archtypical magi in terms of temperment iirc. Although it's more of a case of nurture and not nature in this situation I feel. There's also Goetia fucking around with Magus culture too.

Don't destroy the grail directly or at least contain the ensuring mud because that's what caused the Fuyuki fire in the first place. Kill Caster quickly because he's going to summon a monster with obnoxiously high regen that needs to be killed all at once by Saber's Excalibur. Don't take the power of Excalibur for granted, it is op as hell even if it's a step below EX rank at A+++ rank.

Also please fucking kill Zouken. He's an awful person even if he has his reasons for being an awful person. And smack Tokiomi in the face for a good measure. In face if you take care of Zouken, Lancelot's master will have no mere reason to be in the war and he can take Sakura and go.

You're thinking Madoka, bub. That can be but (one) reason, but it's not the ONLY reason things are hecked up. There are multiple reasons. Goetia in a plot to mind control magi or maintain control over them had them become obsessed with the purity of their bloodlines (I think? it's been a while since I read London's translation in F/GO).

I had a good handful of Divine Charms, several centuries of magic and development of my soul, and a team of allies who I had been training for such an occasion for a very, very long time.

You know how the story goes, up to a point. I'm a stickler for following the script, and I managed to end the lockdown after cutting down the other Bels one by one. Saying it wasn't easy is a vast understatement. Pain and I became the best of friends all over again, and I got to give Death a few high-fives as she passed.

What matters is when you-know-who finally confronted me again.

I'm not in any mood for any kind of philosophical jargon right now. You made the mistake of cutting into my journey. And I'm a lot stronger than I was the last time this happened.
>"I'm sure. But I am not the one who intervened as such."
…that doesn't make any sense. If anyone would be about throwing near-impossible challenges my way to prove my strength, it'd be you, wouldn't it? Who would…
>"Because it's not meant to test you, Decade. He is merely trying to kill you in a way he finds satisfying. And your continued survival confuses and infuriates Him."
This was a lot worse than I ever expected it to be.
>"Quite."
What's your stake in all of this, then?
>"…a bit of fun. And after all…I want to see if you have the strength to back up your words to me, all those years ago."
You always struck me as a spiteful bastard beneath all the social darwinism.

OCs. I don't really like running canon companions since it feels cheap and like I wouldn't do them justice. So far I've got the rival from yugioh, a yubel knockoff/yandere demon person from duel monsters heroes, an imaginary friend who wasn't really imaginary and now mostly takes the form of a dog, and my starter from pokemon.

Personally, I think taking Hunted at all requires basing your build around it. Wanted you can get away with if you get the sneaking/hiding perk. I think it's a drop in perk. Consider revising your drawbacks and making sure you think they're actually reasonable. I know early chain I'm a lot more cautious about what drawbacks I take than I am late chain.

Body Mod question.

I choose female body as "default" form, choose Charmer body type, get 3 free ranks in endowed, one endowed rank increases chest size by one size. Is my base size flat, base off average size in family, average country average, etc?

My OCD can't stop until I know!

Have a pic
>>
>>53922572
I think that mean cup size.
>>
>>53922572
Up to you, but I'd say use average size in country, personally.
>>
>>53922554
No problem.

>>53922572
Since stats start out at the human average, the base size would probably be based off of the average size for all females.
>>
>>53922572
I go with USA average because I'm lazy. You can either use that or global averages.

If you feel like being real spicy, you could leave your Body Mod's parameters in limbo and calc them every jump based on your circumstances (being japanese for a bit would make you shorter, for example).
>>
>>53922572
Base size would be for species average, but fanwanking your origin country would be ok.
>>
>>53922572
It would be your size or average size, whichever is greater since even before any perks your body mod body is at least as good as your normal one. Taking body mod does not reduce you to average in any area if you are naturally above it.
>>
>>53922691
Pretty sure it does, at least if you choose a body type. There wouldn't be much point in allowing you to retain your body as-is if you could just upgrade it to receive free stats and discounts.

I did the jump running from law enforcement and the criminal team. Course, I had different circumstances: Orre Region where law enforcement is borderline nonexistent, I spent most of my time hiding out in a cave or in the middle of the desert at night, and whenever I went to any of the towns I was wearing a disguise to blend in, usually some manner of face covering. There are ways to work around drawbacks without eliminating them entirely, and have it still be a good story.

Though I didn't take being hunted by a Legendary Pokemon. The whole "Being able to fend off a god" thing put me off of it, I felt like there was no possible way I could defeat a being of that magnitude in the first jump with no special powers, but I was probably overestimating a given legendary Pokemon's strength dramatically because that drawback was supposed to actually hurt. When they say god or godlike, or similarly powerful beings in Jumps that aren't like DBZ tier or something, I generally conceive them as being almost invincible, like Antedeluvian tier for the VtM:B jump, which is why I didn't take that drawback either.

Early in my chain, mortal law enforcement is a force to be reckoned with, after the first couple of jumps they're not super threatening and after that they don't matter.

I was thinking about taking the Darkrai drawback because it would add more drama, but that's something I'd never willingly choose. Honestly, I haven't had a true nightmare in a long time so I can't quite grasp the terror of it properly, but honestly not being able to get decent sleep 2+ days out of the week sounds like it'd break me faster than running from the law and or Team Rocket/Cipher/ whoever.

To mix the two subjects (not dying early in your chain and BodyMod), don't underestimate the benefits of buying Evercleansed and Endurance. The former makes you less likely to catch diseases or suffer from contact toxins, and the latter makes you more likely to survive them if you do get unlucky.

Especially if you end up in a (literally) crappy world that hasn't discovered the benefits of decent hygiene / plumbing / sewer systems. Case in point: one of my early jumps was King Arthur. 5th century Britain is NOT sanitary. That cheap perk (free for drop-ins!) that gives complete immunity to natural diseases and all poisons? _Take it_.

So while it's indicative of trends I'd still treat it with a grain of salt.

But more importantly the first three ranks in Endowed are free for Charmers but that doesn't mean you have to take them all (or even any).
>>
>>53922923
FFTA is good competition for it. Wide variety of magic, a cheap perk that gives you immunity/resistance to various status effects, and if you stay in the safe areas of Ivalice it's almost impossible to die unless you piss off the Judges.

I have a very long chain, and that means i need a standard method for storing artifacts and data over thousands of years.

The obvious method would be simply storing the object shielded from light under an inert argon atmosphere, perhaps in mirrored glass jars within the warehouse, but i'm not sure if higher or lower pressure would be better for storage, though i know certain paper texts are stored under a low vacuum (slight enough that people can enter the room with no equipment)

Any anons have information on the subject?
>>
>>53923208
And yes, as for pure information, it'd be possible to simply create glass or non-oxidizing metal plates onto which text and pictographs can be etched, but the issue then becomes storage density, and though i have a lot of room in the space dock, i intend to use all of it for production.

>Hand of Death (Free, Requiem)
Instant and immediate ranged attacks as long as I can draw and fire the weapon. Oh yes, please.
>Lullaby (Free, Requiem)

>Sniper Rifle (Free Tier 1 Armament, Requiem)
I am pretty sure my effective range with this is "over the horizon".
>Dynamite (Free Tier 2 Armament, Requiem, upgraded to Tier 3)
Makes entertaining crowds easy.

>>53923341
But none of this matters right now. The world is dead. By my reckoning of the stars, it is sometime in the mid-twenty-third century. There are a handful of... they call themselves Sisters, but seemingly undead little girls, some stitched together roughly, others almost completely intact. I sit down and they look at me, confused; I engage them in conversation as I let my senses wander, roaming the planet, looking at its domains. Trying to feel the state of the planet.

Normally I can listen to the sound of the planet, but this one is whimpering, almost devoid of life. It has lichen, mold, and a few fungi scattered about. The oceans are dead. The land is dead. Nothing remains that can be said to be alive, at least, not complex life. I fall silent and stretch my senses further. Despite being dead, I can feel the minds of other Sisters across the planet. Some howl with madness, some cower with fear, some muster hope and care for their fellows, and... many seem enslaved. Curious. And yet, not a single one feels intact. All shattered, fractured shards of a funhouse mirror.

With that, I come back to myself, clap my hands, and tell the girls that the world has moved on, and I refuse to leave them here to fend for myself. It's confusing enough to them that an adult is present - when the adult starts doing things that makes no sense to them, conjuring up a massive tower, they fear that I am one of the Necromancers that they seem to fear. But no, I am far from it, I tell them as the gilded beacon of ivory reaches for the clouds. I cannot return hope to this world as it is, but I can offer salvation to them. No strings attached.

I carve runes into the tower, a compulsion to search out the tower. Magic on a scale that I seldom use, stretching globally. No compulsions are needed when I speak to the girls, though, other than a calming charm. I tell them who I am, what I am, and tell them of the places I've been to. The technologies and magics I have.
>>
>>53923349
The most relevant of them at the moment is the pseudo-magical technology I obtained during Lord of Light - mind transfer technology.

It doesn't take much to convince them, and the girls are the first to transfer into living bodies. It is known that I've been making a steady project of what an improved human being's body might be like - for instance no vestigal organs, increased efficiency, abilities to utilize esoteric energies like magic and chakra, and so forth - and the bodies the girls get have these. We spend the next few months getting them used to these bodies, and while we do... more begin showing up. Some are absolute hordes of mindless undead, and the girls find that they're far more combat effective in their new bodies than expected. Others... they have a mind of their own. Universally, they find they desire bodies of their own, and the girls who have already been granted bodies teach them how to use them.

Things, of course, get more complex over time. My companions and I decide to be proactive when the first Savant shows up - by which I mean my companions are sick of me taking things slow for a couple of years, despite the burgeoning township surrounding the tower, and want me to stop dragging things out. The Savant is sent back, and I give her a message to take to her masters - I know of them, of their nature, and they will be permitted to survive so long as they cease using the dead as their tools.

From there... I begin to confront the so-called Necromancers directly, rather than leaving it to proxies. They're not what one would expect. The best definition a modern man could give is biological computers - an unholy merging of fungal colonies and silicon, some lost to madness, others to ennui, some simply pondering the mysteries of the universe. They expected, by all accounts, to be wiped away for their deeds. They would have been considered an atrocity, after all.
>>
>>53923363
I offer them an alternative. The Last War, that which annihilated humanity, is long since over, no matter who was responsible for the rise of the undead. Most of them accept - and as such I send them to Mars, each getting a handful of different technologies that I pick at random, resources, and my well-wishing of luck - in exchange I take their library of minds that they possess, perhaps to live again. Those who decline, I wish well, for what time remains for them, and the price of their continued survival is once more the minds of the dead.

Those who lash out at me... honestly, a techno-organic undead-plague-creating fungus is not on my list of things to fear, and sufficiently heated fire is the universal nullifier when it comes to an AI comprised of nanotechnology. After all, is not magic that animates the dead, but a nanotech plague - not a thing that any had expected. When one is a technopath, however, nanotech stands out as a bright light on a winter's night.

By the time my tenth year has passed... the Earth no longer had undead roaming about its surface. All the Sisters had been restored to bodies - even those who were nothing more than an uploaded mind - and after deliberation decided to relocate to the City en masse. Not companions, far from, but... in a sense, they joined the others who travel with me between worlds.

My final act in this jump was to sterilize the surface of the Earth and plant the seeds of its eventual recovery. Bacteria. Plants. Animals. A biosphere, without any high-strung artificial intelligences to interfere and twist it. Not until they grow to maturity on the Red Planet and seek their fortunes elsewhere in the solar system or, perhaps, other stars. But no more will there be fragments of human intellect used as pawns for war between each other or simple entertainment.

Magitech yourself some cases that stop time inside of themselves, and remove any contaminants ahead of putting the artifact in. Bam, perfect preservation of anything put inside.

I tend to go the more... standard approach, when possible.
Don't get me wrong, i'm not against it if it's needed. I enjoy carving extraordinarily complex and beautiful runes into the surface of an object.
However, that's not exactly time-efficient for something like a stack of DVDs, or ten thousand storage containers.
>>
Do we have any perks that let us convert technology to magic?
I would like to be able to program spirits like coding AI stuff
>>
>>53923417
Not to the best of my knowledge. Try figuring out a combo or start on a project, we can't have perks for everything.
>>
>>53923417
I think Mage: the Awakening has something like that.

Anyone here familiar with Skulduggery Pleasant? I wanna jump it pretty soon but if there's anything really unpleasant to be aware of, it'd be nice to know ahead of time.

Besides the Old One expies (who are actually not that strong) and the two or three people who know their true names, there's not much you'd need to be afraid of. Really, the one important thing to have if you jump there is a perk that let's you find out your own true name. If you've got that, you'll be one of the top dogs of the setting, and it has some pretty neat benefits. http://skulduggery.wikia.com/wiki/True_Name
>>
>>53923417
Nanoha and Neptune have something like that.
>>
>>53923417
>I would like to be able to program spirits like coding AI stuff
Exalted sorcery lets you create something like that if I recall correctly.
>>
>>53923723
Oh, yeah, that's some pretty neat stuff. I wonder how you'd go about finding that out? Maybe a certain SCP could help.
>>
>>53923861
There's a perk for that in the Bartimaeus jump iirc.
>>
>>53923417
Marvel Magic and Duel Monsters Heroes each have a perk for that.
>>

I think hyperdimension neptunia lowee has something like that.

Possibly Arcanum?

From Assassination Classroom:
>If you seriously harm or kill a student or teacher, you lose.

Why is that? There were a bunch of psychos inside the class that didn't have a problem hurting each other.

Honestly, this lost condition makes no sense.

>>53925122
I believe it's a condition because that's the condition the Japanese government put on the sensei.

Well, the cheapest and most ridiculous thing is to be a Malaugrym. Comes with a nasty silver vulnerability, but it's still completely worth it.

http://www.realmshelps.net/monsters/detail/Malaugrym

>Alternate Form (Su): Malaugryms can assume the form of any creature less than deity status or a single object, as the shape change spell cast by a 20th-level sorcerer. When assuming the form of a humanoid creature, a malaugrym's physical ability scores (Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution) are the same as in its natural form, not the average scores for a member of that race. In any form, a malaugrym's true identity can be guessed by the golden light that glimmers in its eyes. A Spot check (DC 21) is required to notice this telltale gleam.

Keeping your own physical stats is even a good thing in this case, as you're likely to be massively more powerful anyway.

If you're going all-out and have ~50 levels to play with, it's not as good as loading up templates on an Beholder Mage/Psion/Ur-Priest or something, but it's extremely cheap for what you get.
>>
>>53925209
But you 'are' not Korosensei unless you take a specific drawback. And for some reason he also has a counter for all your powers.

It was a bit of a boring and unengaging question.

Hundun, after the formless and chaotic first being in existence in many Chinese creation myths. Though the name has somewhat of a negative connotation, so you might not want to use it.
>>
>>53925401
Pick some term that could relate to high tier magic, like abyssal, or exalted, then add that to something like ooze to complete the slime connection.
>>
>>53925448
So you strove to prove yourself even more boring?

>>53925478
That's pretty neat actually, but I don't think chinese stuff would fit for a slime.

Eh, that feels cheap.

>>53923208
There are some perks for that in Minecraft. Applied Energistics, I think it was. Pair it with some Datatrax (Transformers) and you're golden. Improve it further by throwing in some science perks, maybe digistruct tech? If you're feeling extra spicy, the -1 byte file from SCP and the Computer from Dodgeball.

It's what I do, and it works out pretty well for me.
>>
>>53924871
well, the prestige class book would let you into some nice vampire prestige classes. Evolved Undead can be fun to put on a vampire a time or dozen. Add Spellstiched to gain a grab bag of 1st through 6th level spells as spell like abilities. If you really feel like spending, you could be a paragon of whatever you decide as the base for your vampire. Plenty of other things that you could put on there, really, it's a case of flavor to taste.

>Would "healing" a Yozi affect the Charms you can learn from them?
Probably, yes. Changes to the Yozi are reflected in their Charms.

Fetich death as a drastic example would mean you swap out most of your Charms for new equivalents, though depending on how far you go with "healing" it may be a somewhat milder (but likely still noticeable) difference.

>Should I try to ressurect the Neverborn, or would it be better to put them out of their misery?
Even if you manage to ressurect them, they'll still probably come out of the process violently insane. What with spending five milennia in HORRIBLE AGONY as they wish to die and for everything else to die so they can die.

Better to put them out of their misery permanently. It's what they (kinda) want anyway.
