STEP: the Next. If you have a fancy pdf that has unwanted clutter on it, here is one way to clean it.
Contact our resident Transmutation Wizard and politely ask him to clean a pdf. He will set his scrying device to accept pdfs and then you ship it to him. Magic occurs, then the pdf is purified.

The first 5 pages of Da Archive have the most of the ‘un -maintained’ troves.
The best thing is to go through them all and get what interests you.

I think specific smaller curated troves are easier to maintain than huge Collections.
Pick a game or small publisher you like that’s not too big and complete it as best you can easily.
Upload the pdfs somewhere. Hunt for and request the missing things. If it gets taken down, put it up again later. Using indirect links seems to work for Mageguru.

Many of the Big Collections have 7th Sea, for example. Most have the core books and a few stray supplements. Perhaps one of these Collections is totally complete. Finding that one first is unlikely.

The Sprawl is much more traditionally cyberpunk with hackers and such. The Veil is far future cyberpunk transhumanist type stuff with almost mystical technology. Really depends on what you're going for.

Regarding Late, Late, Late Show, I've got the print of the Stellar Games Late Show I from back in the day, and it's much shorter than the PDF edition. I suspect that when it got digitized, I-III got combined into I-II, I've no proof of it (except the page count of my original ICFTLLS).

Does anybody have Top Secret? Easily one of my favorite gems from the 80's. A lot of my source material and the box set has been lost due to age and a roof collapse during a monsoon storm a couple years ago or the printouts are just so faded that they're extremely difficult if not impossible to make out the wording on (Mind you I've got near perfect vision too!). I'd really like to get back into it.

It was an Espionage themed RPG that you could go PNP or Tabletop for. Pretty sure it was a TSR product. I miss it so much and after I've spoken a bit about it I may have a group of players who want to try it out.
