Yeah there is. It's the tech-affecting spells in the technology guide.

Simply:
Magic does not allow technology to be good as a build-choice for a character, but is very, very effective at taking it over from someone else, crashing, depowering or destroying it outright, making the extreme expenses of technology even less valuable than they already weren't.

Spells will allow easier and safer FTL than jump-drives, attack spells will allow far greater firepower than a ship's main gun, spells will put any cyberware to shame, and spells will have abilities with scaling DCs that a simple cortex-scrambler can never hope to attain what with its probable DC 14 or so that's meant to be a challenge to things around CR 18 when you can finally afford the thing's five-then-burnt-out uses.

Well, like, a standard setting, maybe you make it with the players maybe you don't. But then, it either mostly comes up to character agenda, or I schmooze around for hooks (and trust me I love that, it's basically free roleplay until I find something my character cares about like) and we see if we wanna bite or not. And we work it as long as our characters got their own objectives meeeting. Maybe it's just doing jobs and getting strong to go back home and undo some state of things that always ticked them off, maybe we in each turn help one party member with his personal quest, dunno. That's what I call sandbox.

DEX needs two, Weapon Finesse and either Slashing/Fencing Grace/Dervish Dance if you're 1st-party, or Deadly Agility if DSP's on the table.

The percentage of joke apps has been rising for a lot of games. First nugget man, then succubed, 4916, banebird, the super robo and other of overlewd, and then the majority of TSS. We're losing it.

Str faggotry has little in the way of utility outside of maybe climbing shit at the lower levels. Dex faggotry has little in the way of damage without class features.

The best way to actually deal damage is to have enough strength for you to pick up power attack. Get a spiked chain and then focus on Dex as your main offensive attack. You would still have enough strength to get as much NPC dick/pussy as you could possibly want while having the defense and finesse to be able to be useful out of combat as well. You would also get reach, thus being able to deal with trip builds well too.

This is what makes Half-Elves the manliest race of them all. They can have strong muscles with good constitution and dexterity. They can patch up the lack of will saves you would inevitably get from being able to swap a skill feat for weapon proficiency and also get +2 to will saves in exchange of lessening the multi classing penalty you would experience. It is basically a win-win scenario of the half-elf basically beating orcs and dwarves at being manly. Their damage is slightly less than them, but those two would crumble like cookies to any decent offense while the half-elf is able to hold his own with good armor class, initiative and even be able to hit well at range.

It only requires about 3 feats to get set up, and let's be real. There isn't a whole lot of good feats that aren't just gravy in comparison to the roast that any gish/caster would be able to enjoy anyways.
