Do I have to commit the entire army to a single mark? For example, if I pick for a single squad the mark of nurgle I can't pick a different mark for another squad (this seems obvious, but I have to make sure)

Considering plague marines is what I'm aiming to field, which is to say a nurgle army, do I gain anything by throwing some demons into the mix or the lack of dakka will make it not worth?

I have mixed feelings about the new marines. On one hand I love the models and think that's how they should have looked from the beginning. On the other hand they are the physical manifestation of how fucked up the lore has become, and from this point forward I can officially forget about enjoying the fluff.
