Raise the taxes on all peoples by 10%, but lower the tithe's of food by 30%, in order to encouarge the selling of excess food stuffs. Follow this up by selling the lands, goods and possessions previously held by fairy tail creatures; this should encourage the settling of those we gave schillings out to. Meanwhile, we will keep all the valuable goods and moneys of the creature's we've deported.
