So, I found the Tomb King army book, and the Armies created by "Nehekharan Legion" seem really really small. Like just going all mook gets you 250 skeleton soldiers at more. Spending 300 CP on a 3,000 point 'Grand Army'... of 750 Skeletons. When spending that 300 CP on a Tomb lets you have a 'Tomb Army' that starts at a size of Thousands at the smallest size and goes up from there, AND includes a mixed army list of horses, chariots, various golems and such.

Is each miniature you buy with the Nehekharan Legion option supposed to be more then one body in real life, like that 4 point Skeleton Warrior represents a unit of 50 skeleton warriors? Right now the option specifically for getting an army is inferior to taking a tomb with an army add-on.

(Also, is the Legion subject to the 'Needs a Priest to function' rule? Because it is mentioned both in the Jump and Army Book, but Priests are Heroes or Lords and forbidden to buy as part of the Nehekharan Legion)

It's unfinished, and since Softanon hasn't shown up in a while it may be abandoned as well.

It's pretty close though, just needs drawbacks and some more items, maybe rework the fluff a little bit. I'd also say that location rolls shouldn't determine starting wealth.

However, the manga just ended, and there's only like 20-30 chapters still untranslated, so it might be better to wait a little bit if someone wants to try to finish it.

Over the Moon- Well, I meant it mostly as a way to get really high and potentially do things in space. There's one plot arc where a pair of monkeys send a rocket full of bananas into space, only to realize they have no bananas to eat. They ask Gladys, the cow who jumped over the moon, to repeat her feat and snag the bananas on the way; she does get the bananas, but she eats them herself since the trip took quite some time. But I see how it could be used in the way you're suggesting.

You have:

A woman and daughters, all of whom can summon massive firestorms (as in, nation-sized) and manipulate life.

A man and his armies, all of whom control lightning and the man himself controls the very concept of light, the sun, and lightning.

A skeleton man who controls the concept of death as well as any being that dies, giving himself infinite unending armies.

A race of people who literally cannot die to anything, who can control the darkness itself, warp themselves to suit their needs, alter reality with the power of their souls, and who use unique magic, weapons, and armor that are infused with the power of Darkness and are themselves alive.

So it's a pretty decent challenge compared to regular Dark Souls.

Think of it as a reason for why the Legion option is so cheap and can be taken by anyone. It's your personal legion, it's not a grand, country conquering army. The other options give more because they cost more and usually have specific limits. The Tomb doesn't just cost 300TP, but also the 300CP to get the tomb for them in the first place.

So yeah, they do seem small but they're sorta designed to be, for theme and balance and to encourage buying of the other army based things. You can still get a big army if your willing to invest lots of stuff in but the only way you'll get like, all of the country behind you is with the last scenario.

Yes, I think so. One time some one mentioned the Math of how big a host you could get by buying in more then once, and Worn_Anon came in correcting the math, not saying it was one purchase only.

500 TB, but spending 300 CP for a Tomb gives you a budget of 1,000 TP. So you could have the Tomb Army and 500 TP left over to trick out your tomb.
I was just saying that once you decide to spend at least 300 CP on an Army, the Legion Buy becomes inefficient and you should just get the Tomb, which anyone can. Just didn't know if the huge jump in troop quality from spending 100/200 CP on the Legion option to spending 300+ CP and switching over to getting a Tomb was intended or not. If it's just a way for someone with a few spare CP to get a household guard, that's perfectly fine. But in that case have you considered cutting the cost and benefits in half so you can drop a hanging 50 CP on it as well?

What about the Liche Priest question? Do the troops need someone nearby using the Lore of Nehekhara to stay active? Or does paying CP one way or another exempt them from that requirement?

Not really, actually. Magical Pokemon Journey is a shojo, slice of life manga that is based on the idea of Pokemon but essentially gently parodies it.

For instance, we have a ninja guy being trained by a Ditto, a Bulbasaur with a crush on her Cassanova of a florist trainer, and a Jigglypuff who cooks explosive pastries, not to mention love triangles galore. Heck, nobody in the area even knows what Pokeballs do!

Actually, I'm planning on doing something with making Prisma Illya servant cards and I want to be able to make more out of Servants when I leave the jump. I won't be able to access the Throne of Heroes for summoning. So I'm mass summoning servants, binding their souls to gems via the capstone in Gemcraft so I'll have my own mini Throne of Heroes. I want to copy them somehow so I can make cards out of them.

Of course, this requires a bunch of energy but I have near infinite mana. I didn't buy Wishcraft because I already sunk a ton of my CP into stuff and I simply didn't have enough. I do have The Moving Finger Writes, but I'm unsure if it'll be enough.

They work exactly how the last combo I asked about does, except for Stamina instead of Ki.

Fortify Stamina is a spell that temporarily increases your Stamina pool.

Contingency is a spell that allows you to cast a spell now, but have the effects happen at a later point in response to another condition.

Combining them would create a technique where I spend some ki now, the next time I snap my fingers I get a temporary buff to my stamina pool, and I'm allowed to regenerate that ki even before I snap my fingers and invoke the buff I already payed for.

So, with enough set up, I could give myself an arbitrarily high amount of stamina for a few minutes.

Not sure why stamina has anything to do with Ki but it still runs into the problem that you can only use so much Ki at once and that this doesn't show me anyway of getting around that. I don't see why the stamina thing wouldn't work, since stamina, at least in most games and anime, isn't exactly some limited energy pool like mana and you're not channeling more then your max at once either.

Yeah Ok but i wasn't thinking of getting rid of the old, this idea is coming more from a place of, Quicksilver's Pokemon Jump actively says you have to take it first (or not at all) and doesn't have any sort of companion import, but it does give a lot of starter equipment. I think it would be cool (and volunteer to make it if people are interested) if ther were a Pokemon jump that assumes its not your first jump.
