Current Marvel comics is full of retcon and heresy. The MCU is unlikely to go that way due to the fact that it is a stupid way and likely to destroy a disney cash cow.

Well, these are all people who either have no attachments to or want out of their lives. Somni just wanted to be with his trainer, Oto just wanted to leave behind any reminder of her family, Zeke wanted to go on rip-roaring adventures and tear up some ass. Names are made up as appropriate for the region and time period.

I also use a lot of random generators for stuff like personality and appearance, if the description doesn't provide any.

Monsters have instinctive magic. It's literally who they are.
They can git gud at what they have, but not many have reason too. It's like saying hello for most.

Humans have fuckloads of DETERMINATION compared to most monsters, but exceptional people like Frisk have even more than that. Some humans have different virtues they have loads of but the game doesn't focus on that at all since its mostly a dropped plot point.

Lots of what people consider to be Undertale lore is mostly made up and fanon as fuck. Don't take it too seriously.

So here's a question.

For those Jumpers who didn't go Hokuto in Fist of the North Star, what martial arts path did you go? And if you went Self-Taught Style, what kind of martial art is it? DESCRIBE IT TO US.

And on a note of pic related, WHY ON EARTH DO WE NOT HAVE KING OF FIGHTERS?

I guess some humans can use magic but the majority can't?
>>
>>52862123
Everyone has DETERMINATION. Even monsters have it, though outside of a few exceptions it's in such small trace amounts that receiving a human-level dosage would cause them to melt down into primordial goo. DETERMINATION normally is just what allows the soul to exist after death, but there's something weird about the Underground that grants the thing with the largest concentration of it (prior to the game, Flowey, and once the game starts you/Frisk) the ability to warp time. This may have something to do with W.D Gaster's work, there are hints that it was his experiments with DETERMINATION that caused him to be scattered across time. Said experiments are also possibly how Sans knows about the time loops.

As for magic, that's a lot less clear. The game doesn't really go into it. What we do know is that it's powered by the soul, and that while monster souls are much weaker than human ones, they're also much better at manipulating magic. Monsters mostly go by instinct when using their magic, the majority of the bullet hell segments are just the monsters unconsciously releasing magic while talking to you. I think there are a few comments that monsters can train it, though. Humans can learn magic, but it seems much rarer with them. A combination of a human soul for power (or multiple human souls, even) and a monster soul for control makes something very powerful. Combined with the time-warping of the Underground, and they can potentially wipe out all existence.

Lucario: My starter, at this point, excels at hand-to-hand combat, being one of the few who are a match for me. She's also strong with earth and fire manipulation, and tends to be the charismatic face of the group instead of me. Has a wolf motif going on. We're also married.

Mewtwo: I picked him up in Pokemon Trainer as well. He's good at hand-to-hand, but it's not his strong point which is his telekinesis and telepathy and anything related to that; he's an absolute powerhouse because of that. He's the brains of the group, and isn't really one for a fight like me and Lucario. Tends to stay in the background and work on things while keeping an eye on the two of us. Kind of has a cat motif.

I don't have any other really permanent companions, but some others do pop in every sometimes and leave after a while, just to keep things fresh.

Humans can use magic. They had seven master magicians at least that put the Barrier up in the first place. But that's all the details we have on that.
>>
>>52862257
Humans can use magic. They just don't instinctively have it from the moment they are born and need to learn how.
This is the "official" explanation that Digger gave when asked and it's not contradicted by anything as far as I know.
Presumably it's difficult enough that it is not used much anymore by modern humanity.

The real plot hole is that monsters have internet access and don't do anything with it but shitpost at each other to waste time.

Given that Mjolnir is canonically powered by an imprisoned sentient cosmic superstorm instead of being enchanted by Odin, it makes sense that the tsundere slut would want to salute the Iron Eagle instead of something as faggy as women's rights.

Now all we need is the Dies Irae jump, so we can import Hydra Cap with Mjolnir as his Relic.

Chill out buddy. After reading God of Thunder and comparing it to new Thor, it's become abundantly obvious that Aaron is going full retard in order to sink Jane and encourage Marvel to pull back on the SJW.

That retcon, Jane wielding Mjolnir 'better' than Thor despite having inferior feats, and all the other stupid shit are just Aaron trying to sink Whor. And failing, because Whor was selling fairly well somehow.

>>
>>52862652
That's what makes me think Aaron is trying to piss people off.

Mjolnir's criteria for worthiness has always been vague. The fact that Aaron changed the hammer's origin, had Odin unable to affect it, AND had the All-Mother suddenly decide that patriarchy is evil after literal millions of years of Odin's mostly competent rule makes it obvious that he's being shit on purpose or being forced to by Marvel's nonexistent editors. There is literally no other explanation for Aaron being so shit after God of Thunder.

Given that the storm is implied to be feminine, maybe she got tired of Odin's crusty old dick and Thor's righteous old dick and decided to try a well-intentioned, edgy dick? Marvel is a goddamn clusterfuck these days, so trying to think of some logical reason for the hammer choosing cap is an exercise in futility.

Does the Imperium of Man have EMPs? In my scouring of the wiki/novels the only mention of EMPs is the Tau grenade.

I wonder If I could exploit this weakness and wreck the Imperium of Mans ships with EMP blasts rather then try to wear down their ridiculous durability.
>>
>>52862871
Also to be honest I'm not a big fan of picking Drop-In. Pretty sure lots of people like going Drop-In for story or personal reasons, and there's also a tendency for Drop-In to be filled with strange or Meta Perks, which lots of people also favour (at least, from what I remember). I'll probably end up picking whichever Origin has the Martial Arts Capstone that is most fun to combine with Temple of Thought from Binbougami Ga.
>>
>>52863093
I've never heard of an IoM ship breaking down because of cosmic radiation or anything, so I doubt a 'normal' EMP would do much of anything. Plus, don't they have a bunch of fancy gothic shit in the way of electronics?

>>
I wish to make magical girls. Are there any options to empower people outside of soul gems and starseed awakening?
>>
>>52862968
There's a shit-ton, but you've got 66 million years, which is a shit-ton of time.

Lets assume you practice 12 hours a day every day, that there's no overlap between styles to help you learn them faster, and that it takes 10,000 hours to master a martial art, though I have no idea if that's anywhere close to correct. With these assumptions, you'd be able to learn 28,908,000 martial arts (66000000 years/(365 days*24/2 hours, because we assume you're sleeping and eating, /10000 hours to become a master)

Now, I'm on Google and I'm having trouble getting a clear answer on how many different styles of martial arts there are, but the larger estimates I'm seeing say "thousands." Since you potentially have time to learn "millions" of styles if you do nothing else, I'd say it's totally feasible.

The biggest hurdle for you would probably be that you'd need to wait until humanity develops if you didn't bring the knowledge with you, which will seriously impact your training time.

Or, maybe I made a huge error somewhere and am full of shit.

And the Inhumans destroyed the gas the moment they learned it was poisoning mutants. So...
>>
>>52863093
The Imperium of Man probably has never needed to develop EMPs considering that their enemies are

The Tyranids who are entirely organic.

Chaos who probably would just have Daemons controlling everything instead of electronics.

The Eldar and Necrons who probably have already EMP proofed their stuff but strangely do not use EMPs themselves.

The Tau, who canonically have EMPs, but are so new in the Galactic scene the the Adeptus Mehcanicus have not really adapted or changed any of their technology against them. Also the Tau only use EMP grenades for some reason.

The Orks whose technology is kept afloat by them thinking that it works.

So Imperial ships probably do not need or have anything to defend against EMPs oddly enough.

>>52863124
Cosmic radiation does not really compare to concentrated EMP weapons. In Star Wars the Clone Wars the Republics ships get destroyed when Grievous packs an EMP weapon on his flagship and I assume that their ships are also resistant to cosmic radiation. And we don't know how the Imperium ships would respond to EMPs because they canonically have never fought against a ship EMP weapon. But as pointed out above they probably would not be prepared against them.

So anons plan to disable the Imperium ships with EMPs might actually work.
>>
>>52862428
>Mjolnir is canonically powered by an imprisoned sentient cosmic superstorm
What?
>>
>>52863030

At this point the guiding force of Mjolnir is so brain addled it would probably go "OMG trangendered woman, so brave!" and give her the power of thor.
>>
>>52863156
There's plenty. FFX has perks that could easily be used to make magical girl outfits that actually work.
You could use Card Captors Ensoul to make proper gear too.
Nanoha has options as well if you consider them magical girls instead of child shaped mecha.

You could lie your ass off about what cauldron vials are when handing them out to prospective magical girls as well.

>>52863295
>In Star Wars the Clone Wars the Republics ships get destroyed when Grievous packs an EMP weapon on his flagship and I assume that their ships are also resistant to cosmic radiation.
Two questions: Did this super-EMP have a radius of more than a few hundred meters? And did the pulse harm organic life forms caught in it? Because if the answers to this question are "Yes" and "No", then that's not an EMP. That's just Star Wars not doing its research. Then again, neither does 40K. But who knows which way they did their research wrong in? Maybe they made their technology far more resilient to EMPs, instead of making it far less resilient to EMPs like Star Wars presumably did in this situation.

And there's always weird stuff going on because of EX-Renegade creatures.

Also, you only have one year in the jump, so timing wise you wouldn't be able to attend the P5 plot anyway.

Actually a quick wiki hope showed me that the weapon was actually an Ion Cannon, which ironically is also a Tau weapon that still worked on both Space Marine powered armor and Imperium vehicles (But still not talk at all about Spaceships). I have no idea what an Ion Cannon actual is but it apparently it can disable electronics while leaving the people inside alive. I'll probably steal one while I'm in Star Wars and use it against an Imperium ship to see what happens. But as pointed out either the tau have some sort of advanced version of EMPs and Ion weapons these things still work on Imperial tech.

Or its Warhammer 40k and thus is inconsistent as fuck.
>>
>>52863653
I do it every ten jumps or so on average.
>>
>>52863666
Yeah, an ion cannon would still kill the people inside from braking radiation. Which means that 40K actually did their research better, because the ion cannons in that can hurt the occupants of vehicles through armor.
>>
>>52863630
RWBY, every weapon incorporates a firearm into. Main character? Scythe+.50cal sniper rifle. Her sister? Shotgun gauntlets. A one off character in volume 3? Field manipulator hoverboard that splits into two guns. Some other main side character based on Sun Wukong, named Sun Wukong? Bo staff that splits into a pair of flintlock styled shotgun-chucks.

A running joke in the setting is that everything is also a gun.

Oh, whoops, for some reason I saw Hamtaro as 2. Okay, so A Practical Guide to Evil is basically your typical fantasy story/fairy tale, except someone told the bad guys what kind of setting they're in so now they hunt down any would be heroes, led by a guy who can cancel out the usual tropes that help the hero save the day. Narrative is very important to the...well, narrative, in that every trope you see in these kinds of stories is hardwired into the fabric of reality. The villains are supposed to start out strong but lose in the end, the heroes always win, etc. But because of that guy who could cancel tropes and the genre savviness of the evil empire in general (and they are evil, like true evil), they've managed to stay on top so far.

I am disappointed it has taken them this long to do anything with his shield, and they have so far done very little with it. Events here last about a week and only serve to improve things, so interrupting the story is a no-go for me. I still stop by the bakery on occasion, but it's mostly out of a love of bread and conversations with Kamon about Evangelion.

After the story, Mamimi needs a ride out of town and someone to teach her how to be a functional adult, so I guess I'll take over there. Invite her Medical Mechanica hunting, introduce her to cute alien boys, give her a place to practice photography, and probably teach her more than a little about self-defense. Basically, I have no idea what happened to her parents, but she has some catching up to do with the rest of the class.

I might have to figure out a way to get her a decent space ship before I go, but she seems pretty happy playing hitchhiker across the galaxy.

I feel you on that. But as someone who read Luther Strode since it's inception? Literally everything to do with Cain was a massive letdown. Even from the first series, Cain was hyped up as someone so dangerous that Luther's entire city would have been destroyed by his arrival.

And the final fight between Luther and Cain was very underwhelming. Cain wasn't much better than the rest of the bound. And then Luther fought him, and he seemed less dangerous than Jack.

Don't get me wrong, I love that first comic. But each and every single issue only got worse.
>>
>>52865663

He really did, didn't he?

Delilah's sudden change of heart felt pretty forced, too.

>>
How long is your current chain jumpers?
>>
>>52865663
Yeah, I get that feel.
Cain was a little disappointing.
You'd think that with 10 millennia of training under his belt, he'd be a bit more impressive.

I got the feeling that the author was being forced to bring the whole thing to an early close.

The Gardener seemed like the most intense fight in the whole series, to me.

>>52865726
I think it would have made more sense for Luther to be forced to put them all down, or for Delilah and Musashi to get benched and watch Luther kill Cain, and see with their own eyes that another path was possible.

Instead Delilah felt a little artificial and Musashi was One-Punched just to showcase just how deadly Cain was.
>>
>>52865663
True. I mean Cain was supposedly ten millennia old and invented everything that Luther learnt. If he was really as good as he should have been by that point then taking him down should have been way more difficult. Although killing him with a stone was a nice reference to his legend.

What are some good perks for reinforcing your identity over long periods of time?
>>
>>52865846
Didn't stop Jack from whupping ass as soon as they let him out of his Bindings.
I mean, sure, Jack was probably only Bound for a little over a century, but still.

And if Cain really was rusty, that's just poor form for a BBEG.
A BBEG should leave you questioning why you thought it was ever a good idea to piss them off in the first place.

>>52865890
There are perks for that in Robocop, Chronicles of Narnia, and Generic Universal Monsters.

If you're still here...

Having sorted through all the Jumps I've completed thus far, my Jumper's personal fighting style is all about putting on a show. I've picked up lots of the weirder options strewn throughout the Chain, like the In Fighting Shape Perk from Wii Sports Resort, and Rhythm Dance from Crypt of the Necrodancer, with a large emphasis on agility and flexibility. This is complimented by my skill at manipulating and redirecting my opponents when they go on the offence, using Perks and Martial Arts like Drunken Fist (Wuxia) and Like Clear Water (Cowboy Bebop) as a base. When I decide to go on the offence with my Martial Arts, I tend to target Pressure Points, using things like Hokuto Shinken (Fist of the North Star) and Nabong Needle Ryu (God of High School).

Recently, I've been developing an Acupuncture Technique that makes use of the Hemalurgical talent I picked up in Mistborn. As I dance around and manipulate my foe, forcing them to dance to my own beat, I apply dozens of minute Hemalurgical Spikes made up of various metals, turning their body into something like a string-less Marionette. My medical skill is pretty obscene, and I'm excited to try utilizing this technique against truly monstrous and inhuman foes.

Keep in mind that as much as I practice these things in my spare time, it's generally far more efficient to drown any given opponent in summoned creatures or blast it to bits with my exceptionally powerful Persona (200+ Jumps of Unbreakable Bonds and counting). I usually only use Martial Arts in honourable duels, tournament type scenarios, and oftentimes simply as a form of exercise (even if that exercise includes roughing up gangsters, demons, or what have you).

Also this isn't including the Exalted Martial Arts I picked up. Plus I bought every Kung-Fu Manual in Kung-Fu Hustle. And dozens of other Martial Arts across various dedicated Martial Arts Jumps that I don't have complete builds for yet.

Magic in general, or Witch magic? The first... not really sure how to put it into hard terms, but we see Beatrice throw around several thousand lightning bolts at once, call up war towers that fire arrows with enough strength to break apart stone, and summon stone giants the size of a building armed with shields and swords and seemingly proportional strength. Also, stuff like flight and teleportation. Virgillia does her whole summoning an unnamed god thing and during the battle for the Golden Land it cleared a field's worth of Goat Butlers so that's probably not too weak either. The Chiesters are basically walking bunny-girl guns but that sounds really lame comparatively now that I actually write it down. If you're talking about the actual systems (what dead language do you speak to cast? Somatic components? Etc) it seems to mostly be waving your hands and thinking about what you want to do more than anything else.

Witch magic depends on what the Witch's title actually is, and is mostly limited by that. Ange as the Witch of Resurrection can, as her name might indicate, resurrect people just by thinking of it, and can do the opposite to let them return to being dead. A Witch of Fire would probably have some ridiculous pyrokinesis, while a Witch of Destruction could probably wreck shit really well in general and eventually learn to use her magic to actually destroy matter or more ephemeral things like souls or spells.

The high limit... that's annoying as fuck to quantify with the limit on becoming a Voyager, since that's the natural progression for Witches. Probably something like a skill-based softcap more than anything else.

Endless magic would let you do stuff like make any constructs you create with magic permanent, and using magic to restore objects or people back from broken states or death, including yourself so you can come back from being impaled by a fuckton of spears or some other grievous wound (although this wouldn't work if you actually died for obvious reasons). Origin is creation. Creating, I don't know, a chair or computer. Creating a bunch of magical arrows flying at high speeds towards your enemies, creating life, that type of thing. Depends on how much power you have.

I'm saying the resurrection has an off switch, anon.

Probably time manipulation in general? Slowing enemies to hobble them or allies to stop them from bleeding out, speeding yourself up, causing time to stop entirely in areas, magnitude of the effects being based on how much power you've got.

Is the MMC jump connected with the MMX Jump?
Could I for instance make Armors for Zero and X while in MMC, give it to them with 'jumper capsules' then go to MMX and see them using it.
>>
>>52866518
Yeah, definitely. It's all one long timeline, from what I understand, and it goes something like this:
>Megaman Classic
>Megaman X
>Megaman Zero
>Megaman ZX
>Megaman Legends
>>
>>52866518
Probably. And they are (in theory) the same universe, though there's no DIRECT connection.
>>
>>52866518
By default they're not, but since the jumper capsule exists I'm pretty sure it's a common fanwank.
>>
>>52866518
Lorewise Classic goes seamlessly into MMX somehow depsite being unexplained.

As for the jumps they're self contained due to lack of continuity drawbacks, but I don't think anyone would hold it against you if you had it work like that.
>>
>>52866550
But there's a reference to the things you do in MMX in the MMZ jump.
You can import one of your MMX weapons as 'the weapon of a legendary maverick hunter' iirc so the mega man jumps are obviously connected.
>>
>>52866548
It's Classic > Megaman X up to 5/6 > Zero > ZX > Legends

Megaman X 7,8, and command mission are either noncanon or a different timeline. Capcom ain't telling and I don't think we'll ever know.
>>
>>52866573
They're unlikely to ever bother with X again regardless, nor ZX, nor Legends. We might get another Classic game, maybe, someday. Exclusively for Iphone.
>>
>>52866565
And yet the world in Zero still exists as it should even if you cured the Maverick virus, Prevented Eurasia from ever being built, and built infinite energy generators everywhere.

There's references to what you could have done for the sake of letting you keep up with setting progression, but that doesn't necessarily mean that your actions are canon.
>>
>>52866513
Those don't make it to the list, or we'd be at around 825 or 830

Chances are, if you've ever been in a relationship in real life, the part when you start thinking about justifying it is when the relationship starts going south. Relationships aren't something you should have to justify to begin with. If it works, it works. If it doesn't work, end it.

If it's a genderbent version and I develop a relationship with them, yes. Otherwise if I'm not interested I'm not going to bother, and self esteem wouldn't be the problem. Items: Assorted Stat Bars, 3 Imaginary Lives, Desk, Hat, 50 Pieces of Candy Corn, Hunk Rump The Gathering Cards, Window, DEATH'S SCYTHE/ANYTHING
Drawbacks: Weird Puzzle Shit

This jump is an exercise in frustration and I will probably end up killing Andrew Hussey for it in some real world jump in the future. My inventory is a cluttered mess consisting of no less than 18 separate shards of glass, a deck of naughty playing cards, 15 musical compositions across 8 instruments, a very racist manuscript for a book on the history of New Guinea, 2 of my own skulls, a set of keys that is also a tommy gun, 3 fifths of whiskey, and a hairpiece stolen from a pig by blowing it off with a weirdly slutty electric fan.

Candy is the only thing that got me through this, mostly because it's necessary to beat the final boss. I actually remember what you have to do pretty well to get through this, in that using a previous state of the game to skip the worst of the puzzles was the obvious route. Of course, time-shit being what it is, someone still has to have solved them, but at least it wasn't me.

My companions had a decent time on Whore Island, at least. They sent me photos for the first couple weeks before they fucked off to somewhere off the coast of the Weasel Kingdom.

Like seriously, I'll stress it here, first circles are almost universally not sapient in a real sense. They have to awaken and become a 'citizen' for that. Otherwise they'd amount to an animal, sentient but not sapient.

They're also not part of YOU. They're not your soul shards like third and second circles. They're separate, created beings.
>>
>>52867110
You can't cheat with yourself. By that logic, I have a girlfriend and she's called My Right Hand.
>>
I seem to remember there was a perk somewhere that allowed you to instantly upload information/skills into people at some cost to yourself (i seem to remember it essentially cost you xp?) but cannot recall where i could have seen that. Does it actually exist or am i misremembering something?

I've been in enough relationships to know that everyone can be insufferable, just as how everyone can be wonderful to be around. My clone would just have a bigger advantage in that I already know their strengths and accept their flaws.

When not constrained by game limitations shaping should be able to do plenty. You just need to actually git gud and do R&D instead of dumping canisters into yourself.

First circles are capable of speech and higher thought depending.
Those ones aren't just animals.

There's good odds he's specifying those ones.

I mentioned that. They're called citizens in Malfeas. Those are the ones that awaken and become individual sapients.
>>
>>52867214
So why are you assuming he isn't talking about those?
>>
>>52867226
Because he otherwise shows little knowledge of the mechanics at work here, so I don't think he's aware of the citizen distinction. I also don't think he's aware that first circles are specifically NOT part of him, so he can't justify them as 'masturbation' either.

You find it baffling that hypocrisy is the issue? The perks you're talking about make it so that no hypocrisy is needed, even. They make what he's doing more sad, not less.

How would one go about modifying the omnitrix to be able to scan ghosts and other spiritual creatures?

I already have the tech knowledge to fuck with the omnitrix to my heart's content, but I plan on going scan-happy throughout my various future worlds, so I want to get the most mileage out of this.

Anything that let's me treat supernatural beings as if they have DNA would be good, if such a perk exits. Anything that let's me mess with ectoplasm could probably work too.

That does make sense, but I'm pretty sure that it's cannon that Ghostfreak has a kind of DNA, the reason he was able to break out of the omnitrix it because his species store their memories in their DNA. I think, I may be getting that wrong

At the very least, the jump states that it can only scan species with a genetic structure, so I'm chalking that up to fiat.

You don't want to get Endless Magic. It's really not that great.

You want to get Miracles and then have a companion learn and then teach you Origins and Centainty.

Miracles is about using probability manipulation, specifically raising probability, but can't make an event that is impossible (0% probability) happen. Certainty is about lowering the probability to almost 0 and locking it there. On the other hand, Origins is about creating a 1 from a 0.

If you combine the three of them, you are basically The Basanos.

The blueprints to make the portal were Bill's design, not Stanford. He just built it for Bill.

And seen that even Stan could rebuild it, he could get any other mook to get the job.

Also, there is no point of making an argument if you are going to end it with 'I can hide in the warehouse anyway'.

>The blueprints to make the portal were Bill's design, not Stanford. He just built it for Bill.
I know that but did you even watch the series?
Stanford was the only one who knew how to help Bill escape Gravity Falls. Bill was actively stuck in Gravity Falls during weirdmaggedon due to the weird not being able to spread elsewhere, stanford was the only one with the knowledge on how to make the weird spread elsewhere.

Depends on your definition of waste would be.

I wouldn't try it anon.
Megalovania from Undertale combined with some good magic or a proper weapon seems much better.
Bill was almost defeated by a ghetto rigged mecha made up of the Mystery Shack so a Jumper with Megalovania, a proper weapon, etc could probably kill him off although it'd probably be a difficult battle.
>>
>>52867674
Stanford was the one that already knew the answer and could speed the process.

Bill for some reason went full retard once the Weirdmaggedon started. He had matter manipulation and he could have removed Stanford's metal plate without any difficulty or get someone to contract him so he could dwell into his mind like he did with Stan. But he choose not to. Or that he choose to chase two kids while hitting every wall instead of just teleporting them.

Bill was way smarter than Stan. He just wanted things done yet instead of working for a solution in a week or month.

Anon you sly shitposter.
>>
>>52867995
Eh, I don't know really. Its one of those weird Rules as Written instead of Rules as Intended with the Cancer Mage.

The muscle wizard thing you are thinking of is basically an oversight. Festering Anger increases your strength while slowly killing you. Since Cancer Mage doesn't receive the negative side effects of diseases, Rules as Written means you're strength keeps increasing without killing you. However that is probably not what was intended.

At my table, we get slapped for pulling that shit. It is still an interesting class if a bit creepy.

If you want to be a walking biohazard then go for it. If you want to abuse a broken loophole in the system, I'd say look elsewhere.

If you need to get really stronk no matter what then check out Van Hellsing for Monsterous Strength which makes it so you have no upper limit for strength, you can just keep getting stronger. I believe Histories Strongest Disciple also had a similar one for all physical traits.
>>
>>52867985
Part of being touched, I think, is that you become overwhelmed by crippling and destructive nihilism. So it REALLY just depends on if you think the "destructive" part is inherent or just a common response.

If the latter, I imagine Sans wouldn't be (visibly) effected all that much. Inwardly he'd actually probably fall a little closer to absolute despair, but outwardly there wouldn't be much change. Which in some ways is actually sadder than anything else that could happen.
I could see Papyrus trying to have conversations with the player, were he more aware.
Frisk depends entirely on what level of player/character interaction you think is going on here, whether they're aware that a player exists, and whether they're in control of any actions during the game proper. That's pretty much up to your own personal fanwank.

Despair-touched will inevitably eventually kamikaze while hope-touched's self destruction is manifested in insane amounts of altruism.
>>
>>52868194
See, that's what I thought, but anon's comment about it not effecting Sans all that much made me think it might be, or that anon thought it might be, otherwise. But I'm actually glad to find out that I was right initially. Means I have a better grasp of things than I thought I did.

Yeah, a lot of stuff from D&D is considered fridge logic. Like it COULD work with Rules as Written but isn't intended to work that way and no sane DM would let you pull off things like Pun Pun or the like.

Then of course there is the legit but silly ones. My favorite being Dread Colonel Sanders. Which is basically a minor abuse of the system in that Dread Necromancers get a silly amount of HD worth of Undead to work with when built properly and with proper buffs and then applying that chickens are only a 1/4 of a HD to have an absurd amount of Zombie Chickens.

Add on to that explosive retribution feat which makes it so when undead die they release something 1d6 negative energy damage in a 10ft radius, you get some 10,000 exploding chickens. Legit build, silly concept.

The item descript in the notes implies that it's got Desty's brain on it, but it shouldn't be too hard to just purge the intelligence inside or replace it with your own.

like it is seriously a thing he's usually depicted holding some or with a spoon or just enraptured by the taste of Flan.

the hardest drawbacks. All scale with me or depower me so no I haven't
>>
>>52869306
The most difficult drawbacks usually say something like "you lose all your powers and also people are trying to kill you", or, "these threats scale with you and are fucking shit up hardcore", so no. No that hasn't happened. And it probably never will.

Maybe Marvel Jump combine shapeshift and beam.

Yeah the power levels seem to be inconsistent to me as well. The Gardener literally moves his head out of the way of a bullet, while the last series seemed to imply they aimed dodged.

Discounting scaling or powerless drawbacks, I would say yes.

Would it be a good idea or a bad idea to use kamigawa to hop over to esper, learn basic etherium shaping and get a sample of etherium then use a seed of potential from exalted infernals to start growing etherium trees inside my inner world? Iirc tbe stuff houses a chunk of blind eternities in it, but it looks awesome because it naturally forms a filligree look and acts like a mana battery.

I was planning on making some zoids out of it. Magical filligree zoids. Maybe gundams too.

Looking good, as an Ultraman fan I am loving this.

May I suggest a cp purchasing option to a specific alien race or space monster? Maybe tier it so a race with more power costs more?

Man I would love a Shards of Alara jump so damn much. MtG jumpmakers, get on it!

Grixis could be fun though.

One arcanum is a massive improvement over one persona.

>she's not a little girl but a deeply disturbed and broken man wearing one's skin.

95% of Jumpers.
