I'd like to think of mimic princess as having normal human intelligence and speech, but because she likely wasn't raised in human civilization, her behavior might come across as odd, such as social behaviors or something, which leads people to believe she's just a simple mimic. And time she spends with you is spent trying to learn more about human customs so she can learn and integrate more, perhaps to better represent mimics as more than just mindless predators.

this is also added along with a point system so you can only select a few, which in the case of towergirls is cart space

What's up with Gen 2? I know it's been altered for a long time now, but what was the reasoning?

>Original Assassin had her name and Renounce effect moved to a new girl (unfitting move, even). New renounce effect isn't anywhere near as bad as other effects, and is totally negated if you don't become a king.

>Assassin also has a negative as a positive (Loses face around said horses), and one negative doesn't matter in any way at all (300 confirmed kills)
>Pirate got dropped down as an extra character

>Special rules that don't really add anything to the character

What was up with these changes? Other than the art for the first two, these changes feel tacked on.

Well that blows that it's official. Original Assassin is one of my favorites. All she needed was the new Assassin's art. I personally don't like the new Assassin Princess at all, since she's pretty much a worse version of Ninja.

She was a mistake I was glad to make. Just gotta fix her lines, since it's clearly obvious that it used bad brush settings and line art. One crab claw, three tentacle arms, (supposed to be) four tentacle legs, tentacle dreadlocks, fin sideburns, hammerhead eyes, and glowy face markings; it was an abomination that people liked enough to put on the chart.

I'm surprised people even let her get on the chart in the first place, to be honest. I drew her way back when, and I just wanted her to be some deep sea horror. In a way, that was the end result. Here's a bit of a rundown of what was on my mind at the time when I made her;

>The asymmetrical arms were inspired by the Primagen from Turok 2
>The crab and tentacle arms in general were inspired by a monster from Path of Exile called Tide Strider (elemental monster with a crab right arm and tentacle left arm)
>The tentacle dreadlocks were inspired by the Predalien from Alien vs Predator 2
>The hammerhead eyes were just to make her stick out
>The yellow marks on her face were for bio luminescence
>The yellow underbelly and tentacle legs were just to make her look more monster than princess

The stripes and sideburn fins were purely decorations that I added in after finishing the design since solid blue with tiny yellow bits didn't feel like enough. Clearly I went overboard.

If she is allowed to stay, I'd like to see her get better art. I can't figure out how to make good use of the brushes like Eversor does, so I won't even try that shit. Instead, I'll jot down some "fixes" on paper and scan them later. A couple ideas to try to make her look better.

Golem is pretty much a mech. She's got an LCD face, mechanical bits, and her gifts all sound like machines, so she's definitely not a clay or stone golem. She definitely fills the mech niche right now, and Brave(?)'s Stationgirls has a few robots too.

Of course, a full blown mecha wouldn't be a bad addition, but it'd be hard to put in since the current expansion and the next one are already full, according to the spreadsheet in the OP. Not to say designing one would be a bad idea, of course.

I know the people who made those systems have ran them, and somebody was running a Towergirls-inspired game in one of the older threads. Also somebody in the Pathfinder threads apparently ran a game where all the PCs were dragons/dragonborn/other dragon-accessories that had some Towergirls-inspired elements (the PCs were offspring of a dragon queen that was based on Towergirls DQ in appearance, one PC actually was DP2, ad P1 appeared as an NPC).
