Assuming no dip Dimension Door is not available until level 8. Even then you need to see where you are going or you're jumping into darkness, which means fighter still has to go first.

Bull Strength is +4 STR, wizards have at MOST 10 STR. Which means even with the spell they're still not as strong as a fighter, and since they've almost certainly needed their skill point elsewhere, any strength check is going to be done with +2., a level 1 fighter is better than a level 4 wizard.

PLus if the wizard has half a brain he will cast Bull's Strength on the fighter, rather than waste it on himself.

Not to mention that all of this costs spell slots which fighters don't have to worry about.

I agree. I see Wisdom as the 'external' attribute and Charisma as the 'internal' attribute. So Wisdom is you connection to deities and external powers, your ability to connect to the environment, and your connection other people. Charisma measures inner power (like sorcerers use). The problem is that Will is modified by Wisdom and not Charisma, so it doesn't quite work.
