Tessagog is a character that was physically
designed around the idea of being a collaborative Frankenstein of popular female characters on /tg/.

>the body is both statuesque and stacked with Sorceress TnA and covered in Liliana markings with Yukinas chiseled back. She also has the Sisters of Battle's shoulder pauldrons with the Lady of Pain's blade feathers decorating it like a cape while also wearing Snake scale gauntlets. She has Marcille's pointed elf ears and blonde hair. She weilds dual dwarven axes. She has Celestines child bearing hips and Alariels perfect calves/thighs. She has sexy yellow Orc eyes with a Red Sonja inspired chainmail bikini top. She has creamy asian colored skin and wears Greek inspired Greaves with leather strapped backs and Orc carvings in the armor while being bare footed. She has a thin, Whale Tail styled chainmail loin cloth bottom with a wolf head sporran in front of it.

The current lore is that she was raised by her father as part of a warrior tribe, and when she came of age she went on a journey to become stronger and learn of the world, as is tradition in the tribe. The only possession she took with her was her fathers enchanted axe. After returning from her journey she sets out to fulfill her ambition and rule all northern tribes of the Ou/tg/rounds. On this journey she will meet two party members, a wizard and a rouge. She also brings with her another magic axe, a wolf companion, and the runes that protect her on this journey.

Previous thread: >>51956883

Still needing:
-More pictures of Tessagog.
-Details on her early adventures
-Creation of Tessagog's two party members who will be a Rogue and a Magic user, both female.
-Details of the Ou/tg/rounds and possibly a Map (I'm excited for this world building).
>>
This is the 4th thread for any newfags here.
>>
I'm presuming that the northern mountains that Tessagog hails from are of snow/blizzard conditions?

Tattoo, actually.

And yes, they need work.

How do people feel about different designs? Glowing tats?
>>
>>51991431
I say just lose the tats.
>>
>>51991447
Quite possible to do.

Their original purpose was to grant her magic powers and protection, an important thing to have for someone in a chain bikini.
>>
>>51991431
>Glowing tats?
I'm a fan of these, especially if they're functional as >>51991489 suggests. However, less is more. A few on her arms and legs, some on her back. They should accentuate her curves and emphasize her musculature and strength. They're highlights, not silly string.

A concept of the mage, posted by seemingly the same drawfag.
>>
>>51991857
What was the mage's gimmick again?
>>
>>51992067
Last it was discussed, it seemed like the idea was settling around a "slender dark elf", who can transform into a monstergirl, but the monstergirl aspect was toned way down since the original pitch.
>>
>>51992067
We hadn't really come to an agreement on that.

Some were suggesting that she's all about polymorphing, but that was getting really explicit.

Personally, I think that her being a dark elf mage is a good call for contrasting the MC, but we can go further with it. If Tessagog is a brutish, straight forward, choppy melee fighter then this contrasting mage should solve problems more indirectly.

I think an illusionist/enchantress would be more suitable.
>>
>>51991857
What more development does the appearance need? This looks pretty good, but what is it missing? What could be better?
>>
>>51991573
Considering they're based on Liliana, I'd expect them to glow when they're being used.
>>
>>51993098
A belt, maybe? Some gibbons? (Not too many, don't want her overdesigned)

Is she a coal colored dark elf or a chocolate dark elf?
>>
>>51993202
Dunmer-colored was what was originally suggested.
>>
>>51990975
she's bearly covered up any skin. of course she lives in a 24/7 blizzard.
>>
Literally who?
>>
>>51989884
I actually like the tatts design wise, but I agree they need to be toned down a bunch.
>>
>>51993334
I suggested last thread (or the thread before that) that one of the protective effects of her tattoos was a continuous Endure Elements sort of thing.

If that were the case, she could wear nothing at all and still be comfortable down to -50f (-45c)
>>
>>51989884
Don't like the idea of dual wielding axes, should just be the one. Unless the second axe is something small like a hatchet, that I could see.
>>

Just joining now.
>MTG: Liliana markings
Er.. Ok, despite being visually obvious hardly the most iconic thing about mtg.
>40K: Sisters of Battle's shoulder pauldrons
I can not see one detail that I'd call 40k anything.
>Planescape: Lady of Pain's blade feathers
W- what? I feel the artist does not understand LoP blades. Feathers?
>Marcille's
Who?
>Fantasy: She has sexy yellow Orc eyes
That seems rather Board room meeting compromise. Who the fuck cares? If you want orc in there show something orcy
>Red Sonja
The... Comic book character? Just cause a character is fantasy does not make it 100% /tg/. When in the last 2 years have we had a thread about Red Sonja that reached more than 6 posts on these boards?
>Bikini Armor
Not that I am a "reel armor only" fag, but if we are making a /tg/ relatable character I feel she should be in full heavy armor. Skimpy-Armor/Wear is any board / any thing, heavy Armor is /tg/ because that's the joke.

First impressions. Going to read the previous thread now.

Also
>>51991857
How are we incorporating Caster Supremacy or an anti-Caster Supremacy? We have to swing one way or the other, the Caster Supremacy issue is very /tg/
>>
>>51993389
Another character we autismed into existence because we were bored, and it seemed fun at the time, and we had a Drawfag/Writefag on hand, which neatly guarantees something good happening, because there's a potential for Shit to get done. Tessagog has potential... I'm more interested in our rogue and mage though.

I'm thinking we have one of them be a Catgirl. Catgirls are the most inoffensive Monstergirl, which makes it a nice choice if we're including that portion of /tg/'s interests.

Oh, and the mage should be an absolute Sperg about tabletop systems... but endearingly so, if possible? Someone who could make a cameo on /tg/ explained.

Oh, and her tits should have a 3d6 bell curve for the shape.
>>
This is an abomination
>>
>>51993494
You've got good points on most things, but you lose credibility for not knowing who Marcille is, or reading Dungeon Meshi.

All that aside... I think we shouldn't integrate Supremacy per se.. maybe have it be a running joke where Mage girl pulls 3.5 bullshit, so Tessagog pulls Herculean feats of strength and Martial Prowess, so the running joke is that it's sort of a running joke that the Caster/anti-caster supremacy argument is personified as a gag.

>>51993506
Guess what? So was Cultist-Chan and Lofn. /tg/ likes making shitty things, for the best, and only reason: we were bored and it seemed fun/funny at the time.

Trying to make a whole troop of characters is over ambitious unless some Anon takes to making whole comics like Rage & Co. Focus on one character so we have something to show the rest of 4chan.

>Er.. Ok, despite being visually obvious hardly the most iconic thing about mtg

Who said anything about needing to be "iconic"?
>>
>>51993599
Well, if you want my honest opinion, this idea, while it has merit, really should be scrapped if it's for the purpose of 4chan house. I thought the original intent was because of /co/lette's existence, and our personal lack of a female avatar.

What we really need to do isn't create a fantasy waifu, but create a female character based on /tg/'s personality, or at the very least create a waifu who could be a poster on /tg/.

Tessagog is neat and all, and I'd like to see her develop, but she's not what we need for what we're trying to achieve.
>>
>>51993749
>if it's for the purpose of 4chan house

It's not.
>>
>>51993554
Those things grew organically, you're trying to force this one.

This is reddit tier.
>>
>>51993749
That's really misunderstanding what /co/lette is, if you think the comparison to /co/lette implies any of that.
>>
>>51993749
>trying to achieve

Its been pointed out several times (though, not in this thread) that making a character for all of /tg/ is pretty much impossible. We're too varied for any one character to represent the whole board, or even a large part of it.

At this point I think we've moved away from trying to make that and have just started considering her a collaborative character.
>>
>>51993773
>reddit tier.

>Planescape: Lady of Pain's blade feathers
>W- what? I feel the artist does not understand LoP blades. Feathers?

Someone posted a pretty stylized drawing of the Lady of Pain, so I'm assuming the artist went off that as a reference. It might be worthwhile to start posting better examples of stuff if the artist might be around to see them.
>>
>>51994118
Phone posting.

Gubbins, knick knacks, bits.

The design of her main body is rather simple (head/hat area is great), I'm suggesting some trinkets or something to add a bit more to the design.

Not too much, of course, as that would lead to an overdesigned mess. Which is why I suggested a belt.

No idea what style of belt, but if anyone has suggestions they think might look good they're more than welcome to share.
>>
>>51994218
I think she could use some light plating in certain areas, to match the mask.
>>
>>51994218
Maybe a satchel?

Or she could have a (potentially) armored spellbook on her hip with a strap going through its spine and over her shoulder.

Kind of like some chaos sorcerers in 40k.

Someone suggested borrowing from soulslikes, so is her ridiculously long staff meant to be similar to the Maiden in Black's?
>>
>>51991857
Upon looking at the bottom of her to be, it appears that there's two layers to it.

Should they both be black? Should the inner see ton be a different color? If so, what color?
>>
>>51994454
>to be

Robe. I meant robe.
>>
>>51994463
>>51994454
That could be another option for matching colors with her mask.
>>
>>51994567
She's got boots and seems to be wearing gloves, I figured those would match up with her mask and staff.

The under color of her robe could match the flame on the end of her staff, or her collar (if that isn't color coded to her mask).

Tessagogs colors are gold on black. This mage could have a cooler color like blue or purple.
>>
>>51994629
The thief could have browns and greens to separate themselves by color.
>>
>>51994629
With her mask being a loose derivative of Elesh Norn's, I would expect it, and her gauntlets/boots to be some kind of white, possibly stark, silvery, or creamy. Black and silver could serve as a fair counterpart to gold and black.
>>
>>51991857

Well. First of all, just because you dislike Oglaf, doesn't mean it's bad or shouldn't be included. Second of all, /tg/ very often uses panels from oglaf as reaction images and it has spawned quite a few recurrent jokes, so I think it's a worthy mention.

And all that aside, I personally like the idea of the bandana over the eye.
>>
>>51998300
Well, first of all, just because you like Oglaf, doesn't mean it's good or should be included. Second of all, there are people who have very often used pepe as reaction images, which devalues the idea that just because some people post something on /tg/ it's worth mentioning.

And all that aside, I personally think that's a particularly awful character design, and I have no stakes in this pro-Oglaf/anti-Oglaf debate. I'm just making sure you recognize the folly of your line of argument.

Did we ever figure out Tessagog's personality? I've been trying to push the stereotypical Chaotic Neutral joke around but no one is taking it. It seems we're headed towards a noble savage approach but that seems almost boring in the long run, and a bit Mary Sue-ish to me.

Also;

Just placing this as a quote for future reference.

There's currently a character like pic related travelling the world as a legendary adventurer and hero doing God's know what. But he's an ocean away from Tessagog and crew so they're safe from his clutches. But what he left in her country are multiple bastards with the same insane capabilities he has.

With this the Bastard's of the Hero can carry SOME of pic related's personality and can join or fight Tessagog and crew. But just keep the Hero away from her at all cost.

But my plan for having a character based on him would have him nearing retirement in a country far away from Tessagog. In his place, though, he sired a bunch of illegitimate children that took parts of his personality minus the rape-mindset and all of his potential strength.

He would be a loving legend nearing myth status and loved by all strangers who never met the man. If you encountered him or were his bastard child, your opinion is that he's a shit. A really powerful shit.

I think both the mage and barbarian should be very prideful in their own way. It'd be the kind of thing where they're otherwise opposites, but the rogue would point out they're more alike than they think because of it.

I like this. The mage is seemingly submissive yet prideful. With this, though, she seems more of a schemer/plotter than anything else. Is this a trope for players in a game? Keikaku or something? But this leads to how prideful is Tessagog? Keep in mind, some of think she's approaching Mary Sue-ish territory so we need to not make overconfidant pride her Pro and Flaw.

>>
>>52016766
Let's try not to hit the 'sexy' key too hard and too many times. A character can be attractive without skimpy clothes and in-your-face sexual implications. I'd rather we do the mage as 'interesting' as we can and let any attractiveness come from her personality and her appearance as a happy accident rather than try to make her with a board-room sex-appeal design in mind.
>>
>>52016840
I don't see a problem with 2 out of 3 being elves, but state your case.

What >>51991573 said, but especially take them off the face, or just have like 1 small one below here eye or something. I don't mind her having so many body tattoos that they look like clothes, but having that many on the face too just looks ridiculous. I would recommend taking some inspiration from old Freya from Smite.
>>
>>52017218
There will defintely be a party of 5 but I think we're trying to round out the Fighter-Mage-Rogue Trio bit first. Also, I almost forgot Tissigigi was a half elf-half human. Just too swole for an elf that I forgot.

>>52017225
You're right. The inspiration Liliana's scar need to stay but in some moderation if clashes so bad with the rest of her outfit. Either we reduce the amount of tattoos without forgetting about them, or worse, she goes full Mary-Sue and they glow when they're actually in use ie; when it's too hot or when she takes damage on an unprotected area.
>>
>>52017349
A 5 person party? That's a little excessive. After reading the shit you've posted these past few days I'd say you're in absolutely no authority position within this project.
>>
>>52017472
>A 5 person party? That's a little excessive

How so? A main cast of 5 people in a single team is pretty standard in fiction.
>>
I haven't seen a name for this mage yet. I suggest Exwix.

I would like to get a bit out of the ordinary and say that she is part harpy. She could have wings on her back that she uses as a cloak/cape when not flying. Similar in look to the old gargoyles cartoon.
>>
>>52017520
We've barely gotten 1 person even remotely thought of. I'd rather do a 3 person team and then work on world building the Ou/tg/rounds.
>>
>>52017472
But I'm still here.

And a 5 person party is far from now. It was discussed in the earlier threads to include a full party archetype with each of those members having a sexual niche. That's where part 2 of the smut came in and made me disappointed. With no smut, I'm always down.

And right now, we're solely focusing on a 3 man party. These 2 would find Tessagog early on in her adventure and would complete 3 or 4 of her personal quest before the other 2 members should arrive. This will give us more time to develop these three, round out their stories together, the world around them, then we can make characters to meet along there adventure, hopefully 2 more capable members.
>>
>>52017590
>Exwix
Sure, this could be a placeholder name, I guess

>>52017590

>>52017653
>Sure, this could be a placeholder name, I guess
Using it as a placeholder name is just a good way to get people attached to a shitty name.
>>
>>52017653
Its a representation of Yugioh (forgot the name but that girl with big tits that used harpy cards) and its something different from stereotypical (already used in Tessagog) elf races.
>>
>>52017690
Why would you consider Exwix a shitty name? Do you have a different name in mind?
>>
>>52017711
I simply don't like the sound of it. It comes off like something thought up by an eight year old.

Not that I've got any better suggestions at the moment.
>>
>>52017711
>>52017748
Yeah, I'm not feeling Ewwix either.

Placeholder as just the mage is fine.

Also, whenever we do come up with a firting male character, his name will be Mon/tg/omery.
>>
If she's supposed to be Dunmer colored, why not fall back on Dunmer naming schemes?
>Given names for female Dunmer in Arena and Daggerfall seem to consist of one of twelve prefixes and one of twelve suffixes.

>The 12 suffixes for female Dunmer names are: atah, elle, ethys, iah, inah, ith, ithah, ivah, obah, onah, othah, th

>Surnames for Dunmer in Arena and Daggerfall seem to consist of one of twelve prefixes and one of twelve suffixes.

So, something like "Vaynethys Helbbruk" could be nice.

>>
Here is what I have gathered:

Vaynth Helbbruk the Mage

She wears Elesh Norn's mask and a big pointed witch's hat. She has a flowing/billowing dress on with some light plate armor pieces. She holds a long magical rod based on the Maiden in Black staff. Resting at her hip is a Chaos Sorcerer's spellbook. Her Elbow length Gloves/Knee high high heel Boots are a white color that matches her mask. The under layer of her dress and her collar are the same color as her flame of the end of her staff. She is an Elf with Dunmer colored skin and has purple colored hair. Her main style color choices should be purple.

Vaynth's personality is Submissive, but not to be messed with. She focuses on the Healing domain of magic but does have a good knowledge of basic magic.

Stuff still needed:
Does she have a link to Lovecraftian horrors?
What else should be on her dress/hat?
Is she still part elf?
Does she have the Harpy wings on her back?
What is her backstory?
Where in the Ou/tg/rounds does she live?
>>
>>52026551
>Does she have a link to Lovecraftian horrors?
That's what happens when she critfails a spell casting roll.

>What else should be on her dress/hat?
Are there enough frills on the dress?

>Is she still part elf?
I don't really care.

>Does she have the Harpy wings on her back?
No.

>What is her backstory?
A powerfull spellcaster who keeps the remaining secrets of a long lost order of mages.

>Where in the Ou/tg/rounds does she live?
