Seems like they still have some optimisation to do, I think I saw quite a drop of FPS when a ship exploded, but other than that, I like what I see.
>mfw I don't like chaos
>mfw chaos utilizes my favourite playstyle (rangewhoreing)
>mfw my guys, the Tau, will be last to be implemented if at all
>mfw Tau have two ranges of models and the more common one is complete shit
I bet that the Damocles crusade is the next dlc and you will be only able to play Tau in the campaign, if I can't have my dream ascenario of smothering them in their craddle I will be very disappointed.
Only Imperium, Chaos, Orks and Eldar with Space Marines as a weird 'Early Adopters Edition' bonus. But considering the first 4 where the only factions in BF:G when it came out originally with other races being added in later, they'll probably come along later, if the game does well.
This is all I care about as well. This game will live or die in my eyes based on how soon and how correctly they implement Tyranids, but I'm optimistic because so far it looks like they know what they're doing.
>Chaos wants to sit off and pummel Imperial ships at range, with longer range guns and more speed
>Imperial ships want to get up close where there stronger armour and guns give them an advantage.
I'm sure it used to be the other way round in the tabletop game. Or at least imperial navy had incredible frontal armour so were pretty nasty at sitting off and sending ALL THE TORPEDOES downrange, while chaos liked to get up close and personal were their larger broadsides would wreck stuff. Have I completely misremembered all this?
Yes. There are. You are unnecessarily using longer words that mean the exact same thing as shorter (and more normal) words, under the mistaken impression that this makes you look more intelligent rather than the reverse.
Is that how you actually pronounce Slaanesh and Tzeentch?
>Tau lore is all over the place wanking and plot armor
>weeb aesthetics with some tribals nobody gives a shit about mixed in
What is wrong with people like you? All you're doing with this stupidity is lessening the diversity and quality of the English language. Having more words just gives you more options to express yourself, which is invaluable in poetry, literature, oratory and even just to play around with the language as you use it or to shake things up so you're not constantly using the same word. Only the most autistic people would care that a word is two syllables longer than another.
Using longer words doesn't make you look more intelligent, but actively protesting against "hard" words and saying only simple ones should be used does make you look like a retard.
Nevermind, I just listened to it again with normal headphones and he says both normally. I used some shitty ones before, and coupled with the audio cut when he says them, they sounded wrong.
But I do pronounce Tzeentch as "tcensh" because "zinch" sounds retarded if you're speaking Slovene
Space combat isn't ground combat. The idea is to cripple the enemy fleet from a distance before they even have a chance to return fire, then move in and deploy boarding teams when they're defenseless.
Chaos are Raiders in space combat.
This is also the same guy who says "slaa-neesh," which is flat out wrong.
I personally always say "ze-nitch," because it's a middle ground, and there have been straight-up arguments in my group about how you say it.
Dude also says "nur-Gal," when's it's "Nur-gul."
filthy European scum can't even say their own names right
Tfw Act of Regression was shit.
Tfw fearing for Bfg
Imperial, Chaos, Orks, and Eldar. Just like original BFG. Race DLC/xpacks if it does well, I assume.
Can someone link the first video that had the chaos marks in it? I feel like the designs were a bit better for that one- though maybe it was just a different class of ship with the marks? Can't tell.
At any rate, I don't recall the stasis bubble from tabletop.
If they're actually setting it up for proper campaign play, and including point buy, ongoing fleet assets, etc, it ought to be just fine.
Necrons were overpowered in a straight up slugging match, but they were meant for campaign play.
I just want to spam Mantas and send them alone without escort. Because, they don't need any.
Nevermind, I'm a retard. Mark changes are the same as they were in the alpha trailer.
God I want this to be good. I'm so fucking tempted to preorder it, but the last time I preordered something I was 3rd-degree-burned. Nice of the to offer the SM dlc to anyone who buys before or (less than two months) after launch.
