The sort of things a GitS character can do would honestly comparatively put them well above the human's maximum 10 in nearly everything.

Given that Shadowrun's system of metahumanism is one where folks are very obviously more machine than man, Kusanagi being more or less a brain in a very believable doll body which gives Motoko such significant stats well above human limits may totally throw off the way Shadowrun conceptualizes Essence.

Except for kicking ass. That is her thing and she's better at it than anyone else. She's a lot more physically imposing than she appears too because that's full on military cyborg body. Batou has a lot of military PARTS, but he's not full cyborg. The linkages between his natural body and parts are naturally weaker.

This is a point discussed in the manga. (With a little several panel illustration of how even a really good arm, will potentially "fall off" of you know, a guy with just the arm.)

She's also weasel quick and highly skilled.

4th edition introduced what it referred to as jarheads. Dropped you 0.1 essence(and was a non reversible surgery)but made you a GiTS style full body prosthesis cyborg. Rules wise you were effectively a rigger that was always jumped in to the drone body your cranial containment unit was physically installed in.
