I'm a mahou shoujo fan, and I always wanted to be a part of a mahou shoujo game, especially after reading some of the tales that some Anons are a part of, such as this oldie: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/14435926/ (I know there were some recent ones but I can't find them in the archives...)

I'm aiming to make it a long-term game, but first I need to find some committed players, so after a few one-shots using FATE Accelerated, I'll upgrade the system to full blown FATE.

As for the theme of the game, expect the tropes that is usually found in the genre. This isn't an ERP, so I'm keeping it clean. We're not going to push the typical shoujo boundary and go into shoujo ai territory and well past it.

Very welcome to newcomers to both Hackmaster and tabletops in general. It's a new game will run in the same setting as another group that I'm currently GMing, but I have a proper date system setup in-game, and the 'primary objectives' are going to be different so the risk of clashing directly is minimized. It's similar to AD&D but the system has a very vast skill system.

I have all of the Zealot's Guide books so all the extra classes are playable as well. All the books will be provided by me in case you don't already have one. Setting is in Tellene from the books, and the campaign will take place in The Wild Lands which is basically the fantasy equivalent of Scandinavia.

Contrary to the name of the system, the game will be roleplay-heavy. Combat is always an option of course, but combat in this game has a very high risk in terms of how long it takes to regenerate wounds and such, though Clerics can mitigate that to some degree. Don't expect this to be a dungeoncrawler or anything, because more often than not, sessions end without having as much as a single combat encounter.

What's the tone going to be? This will be a Political campaign
Players are a paramilitary task force charged with protecting the newly-established Republic of Groenehaven from monarchists and warlords seeking to supplant the elected government through force of arms and the power of fear.

A couple things to consider.
1) I'm very new.
2) I'll ask players questions about situations they're in. Don't be surprised if you run across a temple and I'm asking one of you whom it is dedicated to.
3) PC Age is bounded by twelve and twenty-five.
4) I tend to run things fairly RP heavy.
5) I tend to homebrew a lotta setting details, especially in partially translated games.

Well, I work part-time in the weekdays between 10:00 AM - 1:00 or 2:00 PM (but rarely). I think any time after those hours in the day would make it too late for you (perhaps?). Weekends I am so unreliable with my own time since I'm always doing something in my mornings and afternoons (mostly forced against my will). Evenings in the weekends however I'm totally concrete but my nightly hours may be too late or early for you. Plus I have no idea how everyone's schedule is like yet.

As someone who GMs, it does. I prefer a player who outright says loud and clear 'i want to play' because it means there's some sort of commitment. People i've gotten by posting as a GM and waiting for mails are some flavor of autistic or shy/humorless or flakes.
Currently im running a great campaign where i got two players by seeing their posts.

A lot of the tone is going to be decided by the players- It's more or less a kitchen sink setting, and I've been trying to make it as flexible as possible to account for varying tastes regarding lewd and silliness vs serious. I'm running a GURPS TL4 fantasy game on roll20, and we're looking for a fourth to round out a party of players.

We're primary on text, as one of us is actually without a mic capability.

The gist of the game so far is that war is brewing between the Kingdom of men and the Beastmen of the forbidden kingdom. Centuries ago there was a great clash that nearly shattered the empires of men, dwarves, and elves, but the peace is now threatened again by the evil creatures that lurk in the wastes.

The game is skirting closer to action and adventure than gritty realism, and magic is scarce but powerful and scary.
