We do need to find Advent patrols and lightly defended installations, for the acquisition of basic salvage as well as to provide Squaddies and Rookies with a chance to get combat experience without overwhelming danger; especially since we don't have LOKI-1 and GOLIATH-2. We also need the salvage to pay off the Exalt weapons dealer; we need a steady supply of rockets and grenades.
Recommend a course of action to find these easier missions now so that we don't have to choose between a supply run and actually hitting an important target.

Commander, Our new V-S6 Combat Stimulant will highly increase the soldiers performance, after injecting it in the adrenal glands, it will be released whenever the solider is in a panicked situation making him/her more resistant to such state. It is like an adrenaline surge or rush. But beware commander, my initial result indicates a small chance of heart attack after countless deployment into missions and dealing with this stress. I suggest the injected solider would alternate from now on.
