Saitama isn't a Mary Sue. He isn't loved by all characters, in fact, most characters underestimate and even clearly belittle him (with the exceptions of his fanboy Genos and some more insightful characters such as Silver Fang). He isn't a flawless character, either. One of the main points of the first few and last episodes of OPM is that he became so strong that his former life dream is now dull and boring.
And don't get me started on how retarded people that call the Lady of Pain a Mary Sue are. She is not a proper character (as in, she has no characterization). She is a mysterious being that exists on a level completely different from anything else in Planescape, and that is because she is more of a force of nature than a living entity. That's not Mary Sue.
