There are warpy orks, but they're pretty rare because orks are quick to notice and eliminate chaos taint within their ranks. Orks can instinctively tell if their fellows are acting "un-orky", and move swiftly to destroy deviants. Some text said it was as if every ork was an inquisitor.

Also, IIRC there are khornate orks somewhere in the warp. So they're not immune, but it's difficult to win groups of orks over to chaos. Leaving them in the warp for long enough sounds like a recipe for disaster though.
