Cannot recruit. The only way to get more Rookies is to take the special Recruitment missions when they show up, which are completely random and uncommon occurrences.

If you choose to give up a recruitment mission, don't whine when we have no soldiers.

we ambush was a success, None expected the rocket to have such a devastating radius. You didn't even had a chance to spot the alien, it turned into bits and Meshs

The Advent soldiers were disoriented but one of them pulled a panel like object from his armour.

"What the hell?" Ann stuttered. The grunt had Erected some sort of a shield which somehow attracted all the incoming bullets towards it only to deflect it. there was a soldier in the back trying to supress the squad but he was teriblle wounded. his accuracy was shit.

The Advent soldier soon stopped firing and dropped dead which gave you and Malik the chance to approach the injured captain. Malik deliver a clean head shot, it was beautiful in its own way.


Looks like this shield was somehow related to its wielder, while the grenade Ann threw didn't destroy it, it blasted a good portion of the soldier,it scattered into sharp shards afterwards impaling Malik in his leg. Another shard scrapped your face taking a piece of your left ear with it.

"Central...this is strike team, we ...sustained few damages but we are good to go. Malik can't move at the moment but he will fight for another day. should we continue searching for our target?"

Everyone went guns glazing, Dimitri fire a rocket at the cluster of solider ahead, Yousef popped a smoke grenade while Malik stood still and started to snipe the unprepared advent.

Two rookies met their end when an Advent soldier killed one of them who was cooking his grenade. the cooked grenade dropped and killed the other one.

The rest was dealt with. the small facility was in blazes, you saw dozens of naked clones trying to crawl of the fire, they cried for help seeing nothing but death and decay in their first few hours in the world, you replied with hot lead.
