I was thinking Qa5 to pin the knight to the king, but that pretty much demands Bd2, and that is almost guaranteed to lose a tempo.
Qd6 or Qd7 are the safer options, but those basically give white freedom to jam the pawn on d5.
We're playing 2 pawns down, so this will be tough.
