He was a great motivator, a political reformer and a builder of societies. He was in many ways a spiritual Guilliman.

If he, Guilliman and Fulgrim had been given to Malcador and given positions in the Administratum the Imperium would have been so much better.

But then the Emperor not going Full Fedora might also have helped.

He's 3rd or 4th most powerful human psyker depending where Malcador places. He's strong in that department. In Betrayer he tanked two charges from warhound's plasma destructor (although he was badly hurt by the second blast, he healed the wounds on his own). Same book, he was performing the ritual to turn Angron into daemon prince and defeated WE's librarians and War Hound-era dreadnought who were trying to prevent it from happening without the ritual breaking.

Love him or hate him, Lorgar is an interesting primarch who really came into his own the more evil and depraved he became.
