Submissions are at an all time low besides the RNC and guillotine but traditional guards are struggling because of increase sub defense.

The 2 most used guards are butterfly and half guard which are guards that are mainly used for sweeping. Half guard sweeps might not be the prettiest but you see them so much in the last 5 years
