It's funny, while I was simulating a Dutch db, I threw shitloads of money to the best Slovenian clubs to see what would happen: Maribor, Olimpija, Domzale, Celje and Triglav because fuck you. They became the 4th league in the world, won a couple of EL and Triglav won the CL. This is Triglav's key player. Note: I applied Croatian transfers values to Slovenia, so players are more expensive than they should be by default already.

What happens, as far as I've noticed in FM15 after winning the CL is just that player values stop increasing after that threshold. They reach worldwide recognition and the values stop increasing significantly. You see how the value for some players just increase dramatically after a purple patch? Well it just doesn't happen anymore, no matter how good they become, no matter how many dozen clubs want their dick, or how good they are for their NT. However, transfer them to a originally bigger league and see their value skyrocket.

As for who to play, I think that picking a good team in a small league is actually a good way to go because it's challenging while your weak league will allow you to build a good team and slowly learn the game that way.

Id say go with AIK, IFK goteborg or djurgården in sweden or rosenbog, molde or stromsgodset in norway. Scandinavia is the land of comfy saves and CL dissapointment.

2. Well I went there around 10 years ago so I don't remember it pretty well, but besides the Duomo and the gallery next to it me and my family didn't like it. I remember it was pretty dirty. It didn't matter though because we rented a car (we always travel like that) and after expending a day to see the city the other two days we stayed there we used them to visit the lake of Como that is for me one of the nicest places in Italy.

The issue with a narrow diamond is that there's no fucking width whenever you attack or defend (which Cruyff talks about here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NZ0byEyeOA), so you have to be very confident in the quality of your FBs and your squad overall. It's a formation for teams who tend to have good quality in comparison to the league they're in. Also, in FM-verse, you don't have Fluid Formations like in PES, so you can't attack with a Diamond and defend with a flat 4-4-2 like Allegri's Juventus used to with Vidal dropping from the AMC spot to the MC strata.

In other words: yeah, if you're being countered, just switch because fuck you SI that's why.
