I've been playing around with 4411 recently. Its not bad desu. The RL mids often get forward, just a little late on on the runs. It works out for when ur searching thru the center with ur cf. It gives good width against the 90% narrow formations while offering decent play thru the center. I'd rate it above avg formation wise.

I'd say a third of my goals come from crosses from wingbacks. Love a double tap power cross or along the ground. Cavani just eats up everything they put in. Really close to buying his 90 rated IF and TOTGS varane.

why the fuck do so many people use 4-1-2-1-2 narrow instead of 4-3-1-2?

the midfield is narrower, the midfielders in a 4-1-2-1-2 are way too stationary, unlike in a 4-3-1-2 where they provide runs and passing options, which is great to keep possession and initiate attacks. in a 4-1-2-1-2, the CDM usually keeps his position and forces the other two CMs to do so as well to keep midfield balanced, while the 4-3-1-2 allows for a much more free-flowing game.

also, dedicated CDMs are useless in this game, defending is much more about marking the right zones and defending well as a team rather than having a guy sit deep all the time.

yup to use him you literally have to put him on drift wide and press back line and ping balls to him up the wing, his strength makes him really OP at that. You can use it to cut in and driven pass to another striker for a tapin. Forget using him in a lone striker formation though.
