Yeah the new MGM in the DC area. It for sure sold out because it's the first major boxing event in the area in a long while (or ever), but I think a lot of the tix were bought by scalpers trying to make some dosh on the re-sale.

You can't hold and hit at the same time, but if your opponent ties up one arm you're allowed to hit with your free hand. Low blows, rabbit punches(back of the head), and shots with the shoulder/forearm are illegal no matter what.

Excessive clinching is also a foul, you're supposed to let go and work your way out if you tie up, but it's not enforced very often.
