this guy is the best chance england has at scoring goals this summer. how does that make you feel?
Is Dier really that good? I suppose his partnership with Alli will make sense for Woy to use them. Delph actually looks decent as well, maybe Pellegrini will give him more time.
Walker Stones Smalling Shaw
Dier Alli Delph
Walcott Kane Sterling
That would be a good solid team
Walker has been great the whole season, he can't cross to save his life and he has one mistake per game but generally his defensive work is fantastic and there is nobody better right now. Clyne is Walker minus defensive work.
Clyne is shit defensively, while Walker is a part of best defensive team in the league right now. There is literally nothing Clyne does better defensively than Walker. Compare their stats per 90 on squawka, it's not even close.
Apart from the Arsenal anomaly, yes, they actually are the most solid unit in the Premier League.
Since then they have the best defensive record over the last 15 games, are currently the best defensive side right now.
Ok, Spurs apart from Newcastle anomaly have conceded even less goals. And no, team that concede 6 more is NOT the best defensive team ever, and you don't get a reward at the end of season for last 15 or 20 games, do you?
>realize you are wrong
>have 2 options
>admit you are wrong or shitpost
Every time, top kek.
Spurs are the best defensive team in the league DESPITE their right and left backs being pace apes that can't defend. It just shows how good Adererwereleled and Furtonguen and Laurees and Deigherr are
ABLism is a mental illness. There's no point trying to reason with them.
whats allis best position? cm/am?
would get out of the group desu. walflop is too shit to even cross so wont create anything for kane. would play him if rooney is playing though. hopefully shaw and wilshere wont be injured but thats highly unlikely. also anyone who rates kys
>inb4 muh Dier is CM
he's good at DM, centre-back and right-back, and has experience in all of them
being CM is just his latest experiment
this squad for 2018 WC 2bh
Roy likes to play a 433 so alli will play deeper anyway. Not sure if he will want to play Dier in midfield, but he could get into defence.
Generally he has played one creative passer type (shelvey, wilshere, carrick) and two good lads with good legs
Delph/alli/hendo/milner will be those options
Dier seems a bit too conservative for an England midfielder, although admittedly I haven't seen him play much, I imagine he is more of a hang back and protect the defence type
>Criticises Walcott for his end product
>Puts in Oxlade-Chamberlain
Ox is Walcott with more strength and dribbling but an even worse end product m8, at least Walcott scores every so often
Yeah they can take the boat directly to France
>using 2 playmakers in the central midfield
Pretty good tbqh. This season he's proved he's a top striker and not just a one season wonder. Would like Vardy to partner him for his pace and workrate, but of course Pooney will start every game instead.
He's a good player but like most English players, he'll never be more than just "good". Which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you have an entire team of "good" players but I don't think we do.
>have an over hyped team
>blame everything on Rooney when shit goes wrong
Never change, bongland. Just like when you guys wanted him out of the WC 2014 team when he was directly involved in the only 2 goals England scored in the entire tournament.
