That's not the problem though. The Browns (and Lions to an extent) are just completely incompetent.

The Vikings are actually one of the better teams (all-time) in the NFL but they choke in any big game they play. It's been good but no big game wins. I've just gotten to the point that I think the Vikings are going to lose every big game they played. I was pleasantly surprised last week, occasionally I get a happy big game but it's not often.
