>Alex Smith (objectively and statistically a top 15 QB, it isn't even debatable)
>Jamaal Charles (best RB in the game who will be 100% healthy, unlike the entirety of last year, he will put up 1,000+YDs/10+TDs/5.0+YPC,)
>Travis Kelce (a top 3 TE already and going into this season will be fully recovered from knee surgery 2 offseasons ago, 1000+YDs/7+TDs)
>James O'Shaughnessy (literally a Travis Kelce-clone)
>Jeremy Maclin (top 15 WR, 900+YDs/5+TDs)

I hate him. I hate EVERYTHING about him. I hate his meme face, I hate his meme wife, I hate his meme kids, I hate his meme career, I hate his meme life, I hate his meme expressions, I hate his meme play style, and most of all I hate his meme-as-fuck attitude about everything. Literally every move he makes is riddled with memes. You could hook up a house and suck the memes right off this asshole and power r/Memes for AT LEAST a solid decade with some left over the next few months. He has done more harm to football than any other meme athlete to date like Brett Favre, or Michael Vick. He just bumbles onto the field, with his stupid fucking grin, opening his mouth with the audience on the edge of their morbidly obese seats shoveling popcorn from the pop corn trough into theirs maws, as he slyly whispers into the boom microphone "Meme" and the audience erupts into riotous laughter because they think they get what this pandering fuck who has no idea the history or culture of football is actually relating to them. so yes, please, by all means, tell me I am "le salty meme" meme because you know what? Unlike this meme fuckhead I DID study sports since I was a small boy and I KNOW that progressing through your reads and having poise in the pocket makes for a superior QB. So yes, I am upset that you one-track-mind knuckle dragging fast food eating primates are just in love with your meme king. You two deserve each other
also, I dont want to continue this post any longer than I have to but I browse /fit/ regularly and I lift and eat right and don't have to take steroids (unlike some meme athletes cough cough) and if meme lord came up to my face in real life and tried to pull the meme covered wool over my eyes I would hit him so hard he would be spitting up his teeth for the rest of life. That's what happens when you work hard for something instead of skipping steps and cutting corners by taking steroids and not earning your keep in your career.
>Baharbaugh contemplating fleeing baltipoor
Ben goes full dragon mode when Fitzgerald cant run the ball worth shit. Brown gets seriously hurt late (he has been relatively healthy for the longest time) and it leaves the Steelers crippled giving the Pats an easy SB run
But if games go the way they say
And they say stupid shit
Doesn't that mean their shit isn't stupid?
It's like sneak always puts up well researched retarded shit up. Such as the power rankings
Now regularly a team he ranked 28 would beat a team he ranked 13.
What exactly is the point of the power ranking? Because teams would play and over and over again he'd revise and say "now I got it" but in truth he had shit
If you can't apply your theories to something and they don't work out -
Your theories are bullshit
So those guys may seemed retarded, but they accurately were predicting games and players. Meaning their theories and thoughts arent bullshit
Think of it this way
Man a rolls a ball to the edge of the counter
Man b says I know balls, that thing is going to float off into space
Man a says no it's going to fall and hit the ground
It hits the ground
Who knows what the are talking about here?
Man a is the three I mentioned
Man b is posters like sneak
Remember when people thought the Jaguars were going to win the LAb Owl?
that is deserving of a Lindsay reaction

So I can get a guarantee you will be in the 2nd annual 16 team /sp/ league to defend your crown?
The league was more active then I anticipated, only 5 people of the 16 didn't really do anything (police 12, Mayo, and others)
>never changed the style of 4chan before
>decide to check it out
>trackpad on my laptop gets a little overzealous
>tracks over /soc/ and I click not paying too much attention
>first thread is a trap thread
Help me /sp/.
lol this just reminded me of those screencaps that are like "Top 10 Anime Battles" and then something ridiculous
count me in for next year, i promise i'll be active this time
this year was just tumultous af during football season for me
Come and knock on our door
We've been waiting for you
Who would work better as the starter for your team?
Russell Wilson, Andrew Luck or Cam Newton?
>in that league
>mfw lost one game by 0.1
Pats deliberately lost their game pretty badly, lost their chance at the #1 seed when Denver won, and Cincy won to secure their #3 spot. and Tom Brady has a high ankle sprain. Not a great week for the Pats.
yeah 8 was too much this year what with real life happening so hard
i'm gonna limit it to a hard cap of 4 next year
oh shit the chiefs are actually #2 on that list? why the fuck does anyone take it seriously then
I think I undercut the points for WRs and RBs a bit desu. But I wasn't going to change it during the season cause that'd be stupid. I already have notes ready for the league next year to make the points better
Also I'm taking out the TE slot and making it a flex
if the Pats didn't want to beat Miami than why did they play their starters? Were they waiting until they found out the Jets lost to take everyone out of the game?
I'll be honest, I don't even think the Patriots knew what they were doing.
What did you guys think of the small bench? I think it worked out really well. If that had been a 5 player bench instead of 3 then the waiver wire would have been desolate considering all the injuries that happened
>Pats deliberately lost their game pretty badly,
>run the ball more than passing it
>they actually tried
yeah, no. If they tried than Josh McDaniels needs to get fucking fired now.
Bill has lost us 2-3 games and thrown the team under the bus speaking to media.
Who /one&done/ here?
>digging through other people's trash
if they continue their current team building strategy of foregoing o-line and signing guys who used to be really good he should leave for his own safety
it's unlikely he'll actually go anywhere though, they can throw a lot of money at him
yfw you will soon be living in a world where Alex Smith is winning playoff games
They wanted to win, but they weren't willing to sacrifice bodies they needed for the postseason, and tried to gameplan around glaring holes in their offense and take pressure off of Brady.
It just didn't work. At all. I spent 4 hours cursing Josh McDaniels name
>Going through Madden 16 ratings

Cleveland Browns have requested and received permission to interview Patriots' defensive coordinator Matt Patricia, per a league source.
will they take mcdaniels too?
>tfw Bill is going senile
get ready for some Al Davis-esqe hi-jinks
my personal theory is that Bill was gambling on a Denver loss, which doesn't make any fucking sense considering they playing the >Chargers. It was really just a matter of which spot they'd take (1 or 2), and usually if the Pats have things wrapped up playoff-wise they kick back and take Week 17 off. But there's so many key guys who will be playing all together for the first time in a month or so that they needed some real snaps to get swing of things, like with Amendola.
>obvious yet unseen emotion
>here is why I'm fucking you and why you should be paying me
>will they take mcdaniels too?
they can have him

>Cleveland Browns have requested and received permission to interview Patriots' defensive coordinator Matt Patricia, per a league source.
DONT LET HIM GO TO THAT DUMPSTER FIRE
HE BELONGS HERE
are you implying drew stanton can't run an offense like palmer??? because he can't you're right
cardinals window is this year, if they fuck it up they're in trouble
where are your neighbors moving to? LA?
Okay, that might work as long as Gri-
I HATE THIS FUCKING TEAM
i let chris ivory go and find a new HB and tackle in the draft along with a passrusher
PATRICIA I SWEAR TO GOD YOU BETTER NOT GO
I DON'T CARE IF BILL PAYS YOU IN HOT DOGS AND HOODIES
the Bengals will trade Andy Dalton to either the Cowboys,Eagles,Saints,49ers, and Rams for
2016 1st & 2nd round draft picks
2017 1st & 2nd round draft picks
and they would have to be idiots to pass up a future hall of fame inductee with shit like Paxton Lynch, or Goff
Sheeeit Benglels are sitting pretty. They got the next best thing. pic related
>Former NFL defensive end Dexter Manley quickly issued an apology over the weekend after he said that black players are likely more mobile as quarterbacks because they are “used to running from the law.”
I know. Patricia will probably stay. He's bb heir. Mcdaniels is bb right hand, Patricia and bb have an almost standoffish thing going because of the mental aspect. Both are brilliant and Patricia doesn't kiss ass
Come to think of it, since Bill arrived they really haven't had a "bad" OC or DC. Yes, McDaniels may get memey sometimess, but if Bill O'Brien was the worst of those two positions they've gone through in the past 16 years that's pretty remarkable.
>tfw every NE coordinator thinks they can be a HC
>tfw they all fail (>implying Texans make it past divisional under BoB)
>Patricia and bb have an almost standoffish thing going because of the mental aspect. Both are brilliant and Patricia doesn't kiss ass
What in the fucking shit are you talking about? You are completely and utterly talking out of your ass.
I'd understand the Browns but do the lelphins really have no shame going for pats?
Terrible, also I feel like if the jets don't resign ivory the pats are going to get him. Belichock has said he really respects ivory and likes his physical nature.
how about this for 2016 free agency
you know you lost the last game in part because you refused to give him carries right?
he's a valuable part of your offense m8, and if fitz isn't back next year or starts to suck you're in trouble if you don't have any other offensive recourse
yeah but arizona's offense lives and dies on palmer unless david johnson becomes elite
kek i don't really want le natty man, i just prefer him to dalton
besides the last two are confirmed for h a p p e n i n g
right? ivory needs to stay
also what'd you get banned for?
> lets make a mistake in relocating to LA for the third time
>Pats are 3-4 since the Denver game
not even an injury problem. They were already injured as hell at that point. It's more of a coaching and chemistry problem. If it's not them fumbling the ball away or Brady throwing an interception, it's them making dumbass decisions which blowup in their face.
I don't even believe in the "purposely losing" shit. I just think Bill is making stupid as hell decisions and no one is calling him out on it because they're too scared.
I don't really want any groupies. They turn into stalkers and then next thing you know I'm the next UTV.
Back? I didn't go anywhere. I post pretty much every single day, just some less than others.
But I won't make any stupid bomb/shooter threats so don't worry.
Fucked over by the A's, the Coliseum was literally falling apart, needed a new stadium badly
Not fucked over per se, but their stadium is also in bad shape.
Pure greed. Doesn't want another team to move to LA unless they get to move to LA, too. Why? Because they considered LA to be their market, despite LA clearly hating the Chargers.
>"guys, guys, I know I'm a popular guy around here, but please, no groupies!"
better to go with the injury prone proven player than to try and strike gold again through the draft or FA
can arizona afford luck? i have no idea what their current salary situation is
just endless draft speculation and terrible offseason generals
Meaning the two have a thing. Both guys are brilliant. Patricia is being groomed by bill. Yes they love each other but they are both competive as fuck. Not like they want to fight but both guys know Patricia will be a hc soon enough. Kind of like a padawan and his master. Eventually the padawan will out grow the master and it makes the dynamic off.
Kind of like an old and a young bull in the pastor
I can't help it that my style of posting is so younique.
I mean you're not wrong. It's not like I'm not totally aware of this already. If I had a dollar for every time someone on 4chan told me to kill myself I'd be rich af. :P
>PIT:Report: DeAngelo's chances of playing 'small'
>marvin being quiet on dalton's return
That is a terrible word to use then, standoffish makes it sound like they're at odds with each other. Literally all the other things you said make more sense that what you initially said.
I'm not telling you to kill yourself, just that no one cares if you do. After all, you're just another forgettable name on the internet, no one will remember you in a few years.
Trust me, you're better off as just another anon.
My bad then. Just watch some of the stuff with him and bill. He regularly corrects bill and overrides him in practices. Not out of disrespect just because bill gives him that much leeway. If he goes it would be rough
>implying having the guy who can't win a playoff game whose hand is fucked would be best case scenario
If the bengals win it's because Steelers RBs can't last a goddamn season anymore
i was JFMSU and i liked the league too, would be around for a 2nd go next year probably
also it was two steelers fans in the finals, grats to BBD even if he only won because i benched tim "twilight of my years fantasy stud" hightower like an idjut
Andy Dalton isn't going to play. this is 100% certain.
he hasn't throw a football in nearly a month
and even if he was 100% this is still playoff game, at night, and verse the Steelers.
I like our chances with the confident stud in Aj McCarron
he's not a rookie, but he hadn't taken anything other than garbage time snaps till dalton went down though
same thing as brock and the wop really
depression, the level of which depends on how your team did during the season
usually i just look into the usual offseason shit like FAs, get heavy into the draft, play madden, and watch baseball
you have leonard williams anyway
I'm not sure, don't follow the bengals
Sean Smith, take a shot at grabbing Toler
Chris Ivory or Forte as a #2
keep Penn, grab Okung if we can, take a chance on Boone
Shoot an offer at Berry,Thurmond or Richardson, and maybe Mark Barron
how did this man get so elite?
I like it, i like it alot. Mostly because the Redskins are the only team in the NFC East I don't fucking hate.

1. What was the last movie you watched? Did you like it and why
>Sicario,it was great would recommend
2. What clothes if any do you sleep in?

3. Is Tony Romo a good QB? Be honest

>pretty great, better than the prequel trilogy
>PJ pants and an old t-shirt
>he could have been if not for all the shit that's happened to and around him within the organization
this scares me because I like Andy Dalton fan, but fuck just can't win when it matters the most.
0-4 1 td and 6 int
and you want him to play against the Steelers??
sheeit just fuck my stat line up more.
Which Madden game is the best one?
Not enough soccer to watch was one of the reasons I decided to watch the NFL. I just can't go days without watching some guys running around chasing things.
Tbf steelers dbs are dogshit and either guy will do decent.
This game will come down to Ben and the wide outs vs Cinci's D.
but don't worry, neither will the rest of AFC East when Belichick retires.
Wouldn't the Packers and Vikings both wanted to throw last nights game?
Both teams were in the playoffs without a bye and the winner (Vikings) would end up playing Seattle in the first round and get scheduled to play the other division winners next year for a tougher schedule.
I personally like 08 the best, 05, 10, 25, 15, 16 are all good too, but they have their bad sides too, pick up NFL Blitz, ESPN NFL 2K8, All-Pro 2k5 or Tecmo if you can though
Kirk always had it in him to be great. Shanahan knew this, that's why when he was just sitting there in the fourth round, Shanahan pounced.
Did it probably create a lot of unnecessary drama, and was it the thing that ultimately cost Shanahan his job? Yes. But the Redskins are better off now, and you can argue that getting Shanahan fired was actually a good thing.
>away top-5 Texans defense, understandable
>away vs better Texans team, pretty even, could have gone either way
>home vs chargers, definitely should have won
>away at the Ponies, not a great matchup
don't get me wrong, those stats are inexcusable, but consider the matchups, and the fact that it's Andy Dalton
I'm not sure. The Packers offensive playcalling was extremely conservative, but with their lackluster offense this year, I'm not sure what the reason was. They did go for multiple fourth downs and the Vikings even did a fake punt, so I think both teams were actually trying to win. Although I was almost sure the vikings were trying to gift the game away with the kick return fumble.
main things to look forward to
>February 23-29- NFL Combine (selected college students run a bunch of tests like bench press and 40 yard sprint)
>March 15- Free Agency. Players whose contracts are up can sign contracts with other teams
>March 20-23- Annual League meeting. Big deal this year with three teams trying to move to LA
>April 28-30- NFL Draft
after this is just approximations
>May- deadest month of the year, iirc
>June- OTAs (offseason training activities) and minicamps
>July- Training Camp
>Steelers making moves in FA
>Jenkins (Rams CB)

3. He's between above average - good. He had a great season last season, but injuries are ending his career tbqh
4. Sure, faggot.

Yes he is top 10 easy
>owning a fedora
>not owning a trilby
I pretty much spent may researching every rookie and FA pickup for my team, highlights, strengths, weaknesses, etc
Bledsoe was manly as fuck too. Not exactly "play with a fucked up neck" manly but then again old school NFL was a true man's sport. Everybody roided up, coked up, taking huge hits and continuing to play through the pain.
> Haloti Ngata
long hair brady is my favorite, i think it's the most patrician brady phase
plus that 2010 was crazy
>tfw you remember Drew Bledsoe was almost a movie star
Then came back and won the AFC Championship for Brady.
Literally escaped death and then made the Patriots owl bound. Fucking badass.
>Wanting a risky FA when your team is stacked and you have no cap room to warrant the "risk" status
I'll go with Wilkerson given the injury, or Coradelle Patterson
Alshon Jeffrey (he's already begging to play here and will might take a pay cut)
If he's a steal then I won't be able to think of him, will I?
Blount may be a pretty crappy RB, but he is like the coolest dude to talk to. Especially over social media, he actively tries to get people in group chats and games are crap, seems like a great guy to chill with.
You know what happened with it, then, I'm guessing. For those who don't

Same result will happen this Sunday.

neither ever had the accomplishments brett had either

Ya go fuck yourselves.
The MMQB @theMMQB 10 mins10 minutes ago
After Deflategate, Patriots had fewest fumbles in NFL, league's best fumble rate & one of their best rates in 10 yrs
B-but /sp/ told me that Patriots not fumbling is a slam dunk evidence for deflategate being real
isn't that the definition of babby most of the time though? something that helps you have greater success?
like calling brady a defense babby when he won his first couple owls, or wilson or flacco defense babbies when they won theirs
also brees has never been a babby
>There are several explanations for their continued success of hanging on to the ball, none of which have to do with deflated footballs. As explained here, the Patriots have consistently led the league in plays that are associated with low fumble rates, including kneel downs, plays in opponent territory, and plays when holding a lead. Related, the Patriots, Broncos, and Panthers—three teams that went a combined 39-9 in 2015—finished first, fourth and fifth, respectively, in plays per fumble.
>A link between low football PSI's and high fumble rates was never established by anyone, so a check of the 2015 data shouldn’t mean much as far as the likelihood of the Patriots cheating. But the information provides a nice confirmation to what Gregory Matthews and I wrote back in January: Statistics is hard, and this can lead to deception, either willful or otherwise.
as much shit as Eason gets, that playoff run was unreal, he just couldn't pull it off. Pats started good (forced on fumble on WALTER PAYTON) then they lost a tight end (might have been a receiver, I forgot) and it all went downhill.
1985 AFC Championship, never forget it. The day they squished the fish in their own stadium.
past couple years he's had a terrible home record though
i suppose you're right about that, i forgot about the dome baby who's afraid to leave his dome
i miss the saints being good, i never see any dank content about them anymore
i didn't say it was true, just that people say it
i'm aware of the exploits of 2012 playoff flacco
>You can tell your kids you saw Tom Coughlin and Eli Manning c u c k Brady and Belicheck out of not one, but two Owls and an undefeated season
I'm going to miss Tom Coughlin..the NFL's angry old man yelling at a cloud.

Pretty much every player is a babby according to 99% of sp
But let's be honest guys like Stafford, daunts caulpepper, who are clear wrs babbys are rare.
To call guys who have had multiple successful seasons with different personnel babbys is retarded.
It's just like the game manager bullshit. Throwing for 200 yards a game, keep ints low, run for a couple of first doesn't
Make you a game manager. It makes you a good qb. A lot of these shitty fuck up qbs or mediocre qbs have their stats padded with tds in garbage time or in the red zone. How many 3 and outs did Carr see in the red zone because of that shit? Sure he'd eventually after a couple tries get some but it ended up fucking the team u. Versus someone like teddy whose team wasn't fucking retarded and used rbs to jam the ball in their Carr looks better but you understand why.
If a coach is Seen as good with qbs he gets to keep his job for a awhile even if the team is sh*t. If he's not but he's winning you get something like a Kelly issue
tldrv coaches stat pad qbs all the time to keep Their jobs. Especially shitty coaches.
I never got the logic of getting mad about a joke, how about you get mad about Black people committing black on black crime and maybe these "stereotypes" will eventually go away.
they're both tainted to me, I have no respect for either of them. no different than Barry Bonds or the old Raiders.
/nfl/ logic doesn't have to make sense. Most of it is shitposting and dank memes
Beating Arizona seems to have made you cocky. They don't have the MVP, 2 DPOY candidates, and COY. Prepare to get 30+ points dropped on you and lose if you make it out the first round lol
Panthers have been to a owl already
I wish they'd bring this game back with today's roster
>Adrian Peterson running people over like Ricky Williams
>Gronk jumping over DBs like Tony Gonzalez
Will you guys be happy for the Browns if they start winning games and having success?
Nobody in the NFL hates them really. They just feel bad for them.
People hate teams who have success, doesn't matter how shitty they been in the past. Look at how fanny flustered most people get when you talk about the panthers being super bowl favorites.
I honestly think a Cleveland owl is long overdue. Kosar should've won them at least one in the 80's or in '90.
Only thing that might suck is the possibility of a huge bandwagon like the Seachickens had after owl 48.

Reminder that Gannon is the undisputed GOAT.
Post elite tight ends from past and present
>all the cam newton mvp chatter ceased immediately after they lost to the Falcons
HOW HE KING WITH NO RING?
this has been discussed already, it is malicious lies spread by pats and steelerfags
Also an elite as fuck GM
not really dude, he's still the favorite. Who else is there to challenge him Wilson? Antonio Brown has a legit case but he'll never get it because he's a WR.
Before there was Brady to Gronk...
there was Bledsoe to Coates
It's actually not out of the question. The Packers are in shambles, people are already saying Washington might win. If they win and Minnesota beats Seattle, then they'd go to play Carolina, who are ripe to get cucked just like the Packers in 2011.
Then they'd go to play Arizona, probably, and they'd get destroyed, but it would be a hell of a ride.
Well Vikings, it's been a pretty good season for once, but Seattle? After their game against Arizona I'm not looking forward to seeing my home team play them. It's actually kind of sad, I was hoping to see something special out of them this year. I guess I said the same thing in 2010 too...
