You can't use a draft for soccer. It's literally impossible. A salary cap would do so much good for the top level leagues in soccer. Success is determined by money and money alone in soccer. I can't even imagine supporting a sport where your success is determined by how much worth your owner sees in a soccer team.

Most players don't do jock straps anymore. They usually wear $30 a pair compression shorts now.
