32 teams will compete for the World Cup 2018 and though it's still an entire year to go with qualification continuing, young players gathering experience, best potential lineups being formed, the winner is already certain to be one of these 4. Others will make an effort, meme teams will emerge, underdogs might start dreaming, one or two of these 4 teams might also fail to live up to expectations and crash out early, but in the end one of them is going to win it.
Sure, it's boring how predictable it is, but somehow it's also comforting, like things still make sense in these crazy times.
