I've tried the bambinos before but they didn't work very well with me. Tapes were pretty bad imo, and I ended up using a lot of duck tale to keep it all together.
Recently I tried the preschools from abu and those are fantastic

MyDiaper Pink. I just ordered these last week and wore the first one yesterday. They're so… pink and cute.

Absorbency is right up their with the usual suspects. The front of the diaper has a plastic strip where the tapes stick; nice feature.

I recommend these if you live on the European continent (German online stores stock them).

Magnifico is good, but kind've disappointing. Feels great, but I think the leak guards really need to be improved.

I bought the first run and they might've fixed it up, but even my babygirl could only do one wetting before it was time for a change. Anymore and we had to throw some things in the wash.

Usually any adult baby diaper can get very thick. The space diapers from abu can hold a lot so they get really thick. As for medical diapers I hear the Dry 24/7 are very good.
