I want to have a real conversation with a trans person. no trolling, no bullshit, I just want to be educated.
I can understand attraction to the same sex, but I can't understand willingly undergoing surgery and medication to alter your physical appearance when you know that the full experience of being a woman, including having periods and bearing children, are not available to you. or vice versa, impregnating a woman. again, I don't mean to sound unfair, but what's different between that and a woman augmenting her breasts or a man shaving down his nose and getting chin implants? isn't it all a response to societal pressures anyway? thanks in advance

just popping into say there are plenty of ciswomen who are born sterile or become sterile, and they aren't not women because they're unable to reproduce.
