1. Skin - start using face wash and moisturizer to help with the red complexion and oiliness. You need to drop some money on a good set for this.

2. Make up- figure out the right foundation/concealer for your skin. You have good features for the most part - I'd say keep make up light and classic, maybe cat eyeliner. Have your eyebrows shaped properly- they look odd. You might be better off filling them in a darker shade/shape too.

Hair- absolutely dye it. That blonde shade brings out the worst things in your skin. I would say go dark brown/black, pale skin looks great this way. Get it cut so it's parted more to the side- this will flatter your square face shape.

Clothes wise- idk what your style is, but the right clothes can make you feel/appear so much more attractive.

The only real issue I would say is your face.
Now the makeup makes you from a 5/6 - 7/7.5 easy.
If you work out you will lose a bit of that weight, but you want to REALLY lose weight in your face.
Reason being is it squares out your jowls/jaws making you look like a trap.
I don't suggest shaving off your eyebrows or anything weird like that, but I'm sure if you got them waxed or threaded a bit it'll improve the lift of your eyes.
Your nose and lips are fine, but stay away from using darker colored lipstick unless it's black as it will make your face seem a bit wonky.
You look like you could have some really nice hair if you worked on it a bit more.
I'm not an expert on hair, but it looks like you have a few split ends, or you've dyed/bleached it recently so it looks a bit fried.
I know there are special shampoos and conditioners out there to fix that problem.
Try using coconut oil to revitalize your skin and hair--I use it for everything it's great.
Hopefully you use these criticism to the fullest potential.
